“Item stated 7 days for delivery. Still not arrived. Company stated Xmas post delay (mid Nov). Then blamed Covid. Still waiting. Emailed asking for product and still claiming Xmas post. Really not happy. Shop in U.K. in future.”

“Not only did they send me the wrong item, but it has been impossible to communicate with them, they don’t reply to emails, Facebook messages or tweets, no apology or offer of exchange or correction to the problem. Finally just returned it, hoping for the best but not holding my breath… Dreadful customer service. Avoid!”

“Terrible company. Order not complete but email confirmation saying it was. The 1 charging cable that was received didn't work. TradeNRG ignores all emails. I could only select 'over a week' for the time they responded although they DIDN'T respond - order was placed and partially received over 2 weeks ago they have still not replied. Do not use them.”

“I ordered 2 phone charger/tablet cables. Only 1 arrived. I then received an email saying my order was complete. I used said cable on my tablet and it drained the power faster than if on standby. I tried again with my mobile and same result. I emailed TradeNRG but they have ignored my message. I'm just glad I didn't part with more money. I would advise, avoiding this company and there inadequate products.”
