Ordered 2-pack of 377 watch batteries and when I went to fit them found out they had actually sent 317 batteries. Sent a message via their contact form and as expected heard nothing over the weekend. At work on the Monday, got an email that they wanted a photo of the packaging (why they want a photo of a package they already know they sent you is anyone's guess, probably hoping you lost it), and of course I had already thrown it in the bin and naturally this was the Monday the bins were out for collection. Anyway, got home from work and by some miracle the bins had not been emptied yet, so I tipped it out and fished out the package, took the photo and sent it to them. 2 days of radio silence later, I sent another message to confirm they got the photo. Next day got another message asking if I want replacement or refund, I said replacement. Next day got another message that the replacements would be sent "asap". That was 10 days ago and it is now quite obvious there was never any intention of sending replacements. At the end of the day, apart from my wasted time, this only cost me 2.79 so it is not that big a deal, but I would be very nervous ordering something expensive from these clowns.

Sent wrong item and then ignored my emails. Complained to Paypal. Ordered 2 x 2m cables. sent 1x2m and 1x 1m

they processed and accepted my order TN36835 then I discovered after the payment transaction had been processed all MY PERSONAL and FINANCIAL details being KEPT by a company on the other side of the world called SHOPIFY or SHOP. Despite requesting TradeNRG to supply tracking for the order and complaining that i did not give my permission that my details would be passed to a company not under the juristrction UK FINANCIAL,, Regualators, to use the SHOP link

You do not tell me that I become registered withy personal and finacial information to a company called SHOP ( SHOPIFY) which is outside of the UKs financial regulators UNTIL I recieve the order confirmation. I do not want the goods I ordered and requirey details to be removed from the company based in Canada. Yours John Flint

Ordered and paid for two items but still not received as yet. Tracking number issued does not give information on the Royal Mail site.

I accidentally ordered the wrong cables and was assured of a refund if I sent them back. They then kept telling me they needed the tracking information so I still have no refund. Not impressed.
