“I was sent the wrong charger cable. The one I received was for the Apple SE 20 iPhone and others with the lightning connection, my model is 2017 vintage and quite different. I didn’t return it, I gave it away to a person who’d make use of it, paying the return etc wasn’t worth the effort. I’m a little disappointed, but perhaps the mistake was mine in not ordering the correct cable, I can’t really say? I’ll try and find one in the traditional over-the-counter way.”

“Bought a braded iPhone lightening cable that was described as super strong but it stopped charging within 3 months despite only light use. I contacted customer service about a refund as it should have lasted longer than that but they completely ignored me. Expected much better service. Can’t recommend based on such cheap poor quality products and poor customer service.”

“i bought these 10 days ago turned up with in reason. The first 2 maskets out of the pack had broken ear straps they had come away from the mask. Am i supposed to have confidence in these. Also read carefully its only at the very end it says one use only. Very expensive to throw away after one use.”
