“All tools and equipment arrived safely . What I ordered was to a high standard of trade tools. Paid extra for next day delivery , I ordered on a Friday and they arrived Tuesday. No issues will use Univar again.”

“I have actually just emailed you yesterday so say the products and service were great but I thought the big resealable plastic bag you put them all in was very unnecessary single use plastic. The bag doesn’t even say that it is recyclable on it so I imagine it’s not? If I was going to order again I’d only do so with a request they were not sent in this bag. Otherwise everything was great! Thanks Sarah”

“I bought these brushes as I have read about them bit dearer than I normally pay but have used them for a few days now good to work with the 4in is very good and is a bit longer fibre will buy more I think”

“Ordered the excellent Prodec tape in 2 sizes. Received excellent response from Donna working from home. One size of tape was unavailable but was greatly helped by Heather to change original order. This was done very efficiently. I received notification of the new order and cancellation of first order. Only 'grumble' was that l tried to amend my first order through Mel. I left 2 voice mails asking her to contact me but she was obviously 'elsewhere'. Rather poor on her part otherwise everything else was excellent. Thank you. Order arrived within 2 days.”

“My enquiry was dealt with very well by Jennie Walters. My only comment would be that it would be helpful if your website had the facility to accept multiple delivery addresses for one order. This would overcome the need to place separate orders for individual deliveries.”

“Ordering simple and expeditious. Delivery next day and exceptional. Brushes have not been used so unable to comment but to save the bristles are as required being graduated and of synthetic material.”
