“We placed this order with Univar because we were told we would get the delivery in one week? It didn't arrive so had to call when I was told it would take 4 weeks, as it wasn't a stock item? Didn't arrive after 4 weeks called again to be told it was another week no proper explanation. When it did arrive it had less than 3 months shelf life on the product yet it had been manufactured 3 months earlier? In which case why didn't we get delivery when requested? Called to enquire and was told it was standard as it has only a short shelf life anyway was offered a refund of 10%”
