“This was my second or third purchase from Univar and it couldn’t have been smoother, firstly with pretty good price point and coupled with free delivery over £20 and speedy delivery with good packaging ensures that the masking tape comes completely free from dents etc..... I will most definitely use Univar again and would like to recommend them to other professionals like me and their customer service is great tooooo!!! Richard Professional Painter and Decorator”

“My order was accepted along with my full payment, including extra for a Saturday delivery, and I received an email confirmation. Then later on Friday afternoon I received a phone call to say that Saturday delivery was not possible although I had paid in full for that. It was duly delivered on Monday morning which left us without heating for the whole weekend. The online tracker showed that it was indeed at the Edinburgh depot on Saturday morning but no delvery until Monday Morning.”
