“Non of the keys fit my radiator”

We are disappointed to learn that the keys do not fit any of your radiators as they are designed to fit most radiators. We will of course action a refund against your original original payment type. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we pride ourselves in delivering the correct product every time. We hope this has not caused you too much inconvenience.

“Really sorry to write a poor review about a company that has been so reliable in the past but I ordered my goods on a Sunday and did not receive until Thursday despite the claim of next day delivery. Don't know who's to blame supplier or courier but do know I had to buy similar items to use in the meantime to compensate for the late delivery.”
