“Bought the cutters which were advertised as a 5 piece plastic pipe cutting set. When it arrived it was only a 4 piece set. I called customer service who were not the greatest. If you want to return them you can. I am a busy plumber and don't really have spare time to be going to the post office to return incorrectly advertised products. I would of been happy with some sort of discount. This is the first and last time I would buy from this company. I could of sourced product cheaper from another supplier. Not happy with service and false advertising.”

We pride ourselves in our Customer Service and Product descriptions, unfortunately on this occasion our description was inaccurate as this should have been described as a 4 piece set. “Ordered a couple of 18” Purdy trays to create my Purdy Nested system. Fits onto the Scuttle perfectly. Regarding the ease of ordering and delivery 🚚. That went exactly how I’d expect any business to perform, seamlessly...no dramas at all. I salute you UNIVAR, and I’ll be re-ordering very soon. Ps. It was a next day delivery too!! Fantastic”

“The orbital sander arrived a day early, which was brilliant as I needed it asap. Minimal but perfect packaging so the item was in great condition. Came with all the expected bits, discs, cable, spanner and bolt. Would definitely recommend.”
