Still waiting for my £900 sander to arrive. Stayed in last 2 days expecting delivery. ParcelForce tracking says they have had it at local depot for 48hrs + So not the happiest.

Good morning, I hope you are pleased with the goods you have received. We have had high volumes of orders recently and due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, we are experiencing some delivery delays as a result of this. We hope this explains the delivery delay.

Really sorry to write a poor review about a company that has been so reliable in the past but I ordered my goods on a Sunday and did not receive until Thursday despite the claim of next day delivery. Don't know who's to blame supplier or courier but do know I had to buy similar items to use in the meantime to compensate for the late delivery.

Thank you for your recent review. We are sorry you did not receive the level of service we pride ourselves in but unfortunately due to Supplier issues which were out of our control, this product was delayed several times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

My order was accepted along with my full payment, including extra for a Saturday delivery, and I received an email confirmation. Then later on Friday afternoon I received a phone call to say that Saturday delivery was not possible although I had paid in full for that. It was duly delivered on Monday morning which left us without heating for the whole weekend. The online tracker showed that it was indeed at the Edinburgh depot on Saturday morning but no delvery until Monday Morning.

We placed this order with Univar because we were told we would get the delivery in one week? It didn't arrive so had to call when I was told it would take 4 weeks, as it wasn't a stock item? Didn't arrive after 4 weeks called again to be told it was another week no proper explanation. When it did arrive it had less than 3 months shelf life on the product yet it had been manufactured 3 months earlier? In which case why didn't we get delivery when requested? Called to enquire and was told it was standard as it has only a short shelf life anyway was offered a refund of 10%

Your website says items in stock for next day dispatch, but they all weren’t in stock. The order was held back without contacting me so I had to call to find out where my order was. Part of the order was dispatched and I was advised the rest would be later in the week. When I chased further it turned out that times ordered 4th December would not be in stock until 17th December. No communication on the status of my order.

A mistake was made in the ordering, masking tape instead of picture framers tape. It has been difficult to resolve matters by telephone.

The tape was advertised as being waterproof. However, it doesn’t appear to be any more waterproof than other tapes not advertised as such. Delivery was very swift.

Order was 'lost' initially so 2 weeks passed and still no delivery even though i was told it was sorted. I then called again to enquire when i would be getting the order and was told no one could find the order. Not great service

sorry to give a score at Poor but service so far has been. late deliveries, constant chasing with no feedback given. hoping this improves as we have won a contract based on spares from you and it has been compromised, Jessica
