“Product looks ok - not used yet and despatch was prompt, but delivery not made as scheduled because DHL couldn't find the address and didn't contact the phone number given. Wasted time waiting for a delivery that didn't happen. Then uploaded a different delivery address to the courier, which was ignored. Luckily the next delivery driver did find us and someone was in to accept it.”

“Have to say the product does as intended and is good quality. Shame the support doesn’t match. VAT invoice bears no resemblance to what I paid and despite chasing no attempt to correct their VAT error.”
