“Went in to see Pete at Dartford today, he repaired a puncture on my Bentley. I always go to Dartford as they always take extra care of my car and 21 inch alloy wheels! I also use them for my trucks too. Everything I need under 1 roof. Very pleased as always!”

“After expecting to pay a couple of hundred pounds for a new rear tyre for my ZX14 I'm pleased I visited Universal Tyres Croydon. On pulling up into the inspection bay the Manager, Richard almost refused to even think about replacing a perfectly good tyre. Mark, soon whipped it off, made the temporary breakdown repair permanent and saved me a wedge. My only regret is that I didn't leave the guys a tip for their Christmas pot. Needless to say, I'll be back..”

“Would like to say a big thanks to Rob at the Dartford Branch. Had to fit new tyres to my freshly painted bike wheels so was a nice challenge for him. He was very careful and done a spot on job, I would definatly recommend because of his service. Thanks”

“Greenwich branch. I had a puncture and called lex auto lease they told me 2hrs, your fitter James was very punctual and arrived within 45mins, he was very polite and took care in what he was doing. I Will recommend to all my drivers to ask for you guys! Thank you James”

“Rang to get tyres fitted to my loose motorcycle wheels, Joe asked me to pop in and he would sort for me. Great value too, cheaper than my local fitter!! I received a very warm welcome, was offered a coffee and was dealt with warmly and professionally. The tyre fitter who was a biker, sorry I forget your name had time to chat and was very well informed. In short thanks Joe, reckon I might get my car tyres etc changed here next time. Cheers Eric”

“universal, Thurrock. had to have my tracking checked on the transit after replacing a track rod end, Jack attended to my tracking, Joe sorted the invoice. jack also done the tracking and ordered tyres for my Mercedes in the past. great service, would recommend them. cheers guys, colin”

“I phoned the Thurrock branch this morning as I had a puncture in my motorbike tyre. They managed to order the exact tyre and get it fitted at a very competitive price by the afternoon. I was served by Joe & Andy and received excellent service - I will definitely be going back. Thank you!”

“Went to Universal in Thurrock with a puncture in my Nissan Juke, Jack attended to me, the tyre I needed was not in stock, however, Jack made the tyre safe for me to drive and the tyre was in the following day as promised, Joe was excellent behind the counter keeping me updated as to what was happening. Thank you they seem a great team.”
