“Visited the Thurrock centre today and Joe and team could not be any more helpful. They looked into the issue I had with the tyre and suggested a fix that not only sorted the issue but saved me a lot of money. They were friendly and informative throughout I would recommend them and will definitely be back when I need any new t”

“Universal in croydon are really great. Would recommend anyone to try them before going anywhere else. Really reasonable prices and better customer service than the main dealer! Did my brakes for half the price of the main dealer quoted me.”

“I have an unusual tyre size and many garages don’t stock it. Staines branch said that they could order it in for the next day and that I would then get the call to book it in for fitting. After no phone call I then called to check and they’ve not been able to get my tyre in. Did not bother their time to let me know and now I’ve waisted another couple of days whilst having to drive with a temporary tyre. There’s no excuse for such bad service”

“Yesterday I turned up at the Croydon branch as I had a gouge in one of my tyres caused by a pothole. I asked if someone could take a look at it as I suspected that I needed a new tyre. The service is amazing here & extremely efficient. The car was looked out, an equivalent new tyre located & a discussion with me as to what quality tyre I wanted & the price. The job was then done immediately & I had paid & left the premises all within 15 minutes!”

“Got a puncture on Selsdon road. Got it to South Croydon branch with their help. 10 minutes later, on my way... all fixed. Excellent service, thanks especially to Mark and Martin Excellent service all round.”

“Huge thanks to Joe and the team today (2.4.19) at Thurrock, they went above and beyond. I went in at short notice to get two new tyres fitted to my car, and was expecting to be turned away like I have at other garages, but within 15 minutes the car had fresh new tyres and was even up on the ramp to have my new exhaust fitted that I've been trying to get done for weeks. Quick, professional and efficient (and at a price no other local garage could even come close to!). Joe and his team are an absolute credit to Universal Tyres! Can not thank you enough and will be back again!”

“Visited Staines universal tyres the team there are great, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are so busy every time I go in there. I don't think they have a break at all. Kevan Clifton is an amazing Manager and their team work is stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“South Croydon spot on service! I arrived first thing & was greated by friendly guys on the forecourt, they reviewed the vehicle very quickly & the mechanics came through to explain & both mechanics & office staff kept me well informed. They had to get in a part which was quick & was fitted a lot faster than I expected. Although I had to get more work done than I had hoped the service made it as positive as chelling out cash can be!”
