“I rang a few different tyre centres to price four new tyres for my XF Jaguar. Only Universal at Rettendon advised me that there was a special '' J'' (Jaguar) rated tyre for my vehicle and the price was competitive. The fitters and staff generally were excellent giving advice on tyre pressure settings. tyre rotation etc. and they were very professional. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Had a puncture today and called Joe the manager at Thurrock and have to say was so happy with the service. He sent a really friendly guy out that sorted my tyre out within about 15 mins. which as I had my daughter and niece with me was just great. Thank you”

“Brilliant service! Couldn't have been happier with the help and good advice I received. The tire change was quick and efficient, and the team showed me the faults in my existing tires and explained what had caused them. Will definitely return in the future!”

“Service from Terry and his crew at the Greenwich branch of Universal is firstclass. Replaced my damaged tyre without any problems. Making us feel very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. I took noticed that they also do brakes, MOT and exhausts. I shall be back. Norman Durham”
