“Universal-Tyres Greenwich team provided top class customer service from beginning to end. I ordered motor cycle tyres on Tuesday, arrived on location Wednesday and fitted first thing on Thursday morning. Very helpful and professional.”

“DARTFORD BRANCH A* This is the second time I've used these guys, originally I found them through an ebay purchase and they were super helpful, real polite genuine guys. I dealt with Rob for a set of bike tyres some great advice and a fantastic price when the wifes BMW needed a set of tyres I called again and hey presto brilliant service once more!!! I would recomend universal tyres to anyone I drive around 20 miles to use them, past so many other tyre shops but trust me its worth it!!!”

“Booked three MOT's across two days. Two cars failed one with a minor problem, the other with a major repair need. Both jobs completed the following day. Service is very good and people are both attentive and efficient. Special requests were listen and taken cared off. Very impressed. Staines branch.”

“I have extremely bad luck getting nails in my tyres and I always go to Universal to have a puncture repair. They are always extremely helpful and do a fast and efficient job. I wont ever go anywhere else :)”

“In the past month I've had to come in for tyres on my London cab, and today on my wife car. The service that you receive at the Greenwich branch is very professional and friendly especially from John and terry. I will continue to use this branch as I have done for many years. “Very happy with the service I have received today. Was seen by a member of staff straight away as I arrived. Tyres I needed for my van were in stock & reasonably priced. In & out in 20mins. No complaints from me #universal tyres Greenwich”

“I had a great experience at Universal, Blackwall Lane, Greenwich this morning. John and the team quickly replaced our tyre, and checked the other tyres and our engine fluids. No fuss, no pressure, and very good value. Great service and lovely people - what more could you ask for? Thank you. We'll be back! Helen”
