“First Class Service at Greenwich !! So impressed with the times I needed my tyres checked, I had the MOT done there. Excellent, so booked in for a Service !! Half the price of my usual garage and a fixed appointment - car ready in 3 hrs !! No more dropping the car off early in the morning and collecting late, which was always inconvenient. The Customer definitely comes first here and all the guys are friendly, helpful and clearly happy in their work. Highly recommended !!”

“Really Impressed - Rob at Dartford was fantastic when i called last Friday and needed an urgent call out on our lorry - Especially after calling several companies in the area. Really quick service even though they were busy ( I did expect a wait on a Friday afternoon just never got it) but really helpful with advise and great rates and a pleasure to deal with. My engineer was really happy with the fitter that came out. I will always look for Universal centers first in future. Thanks Rob @ Darford :) We will be back.”

“I went to the Staines branch today for an mot and a tyre and was very impressed with the service they provide.the manager is a very welcoming approachable bloke.as I stood outside having a cigarette an elderly man pulled in and asked the manager if he could have his brakes checked,with that the manager got onto his hands and knees and checked all the brakes himself,(in a shirt and trousers) got up and said sir your brakes look fine at the moment but please come back next month and I will check them again,I know a lot of other companies would of sold him new brakes.i will be recommending to everyone I know.many thanks. Kevin”

“Recently had to visit my local branch at Greenwich in Blackwall Lane. Arrived about 11:00am everyone seemed busy but told them i was in a bit of a rush. They looked after me straight away, i needed a puncture plugging and was back on the road in 20 minutes. Very impressed with the very courteous and speedy service and also the very good price, thanks Guys.”

“Been going to Universal Tyres Greenwich for 3 years now. The customer service there is just simply PERFECT. I would recommend the Greenwich branch to all my friends. The other thing I love about them is that they are HONEST people, unlike other companies I been to where they try to trick you into fixing something that is not even broken. The whole team are very friendly people!”

“I don't usual write reviews as i believe it is a waste of time but due to my second visit from jason i felt it was necessary. Within the space of 2 weeks Jason has been to our Royal mail site in Greenwich to change our tyres and his mannerism and service is impecable and i would like to say thank you. Sandra Proctor”

“Just happened to see the Tottenham van this morning as we had a flat tire and couldn't remove one of the nuts which had been screwed on fast. The two guys very kindly helped us with their equipment and wouldn't accept any payment from us (lucky as we had no cash on us!). Thank you guys, very kind of you and appreciated on a cold morning before breakfast!”

“I recently had 3 tyres replaced by the team at Greenwich. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. They bent over backwards to get me the best deal possible and their customer service was spot on. The process was quick and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. With thanks . Tim”

“Visited the Lakeside branch of Universal as had an impromptu screw in my tyre. Joe the manager and Paul the fitter were extremely quick in resolving my puncture and good at banter too! Great service worth reviewing! Thanks Gents!”

“I visited Universal tyres in Dartford for a new tyre for my Piaggio MP3 scooter in September 2015. I was served by Rob who was extremely helpful and very friendly, his approach was very open and honest. Although there was a lot of work involved in changing my rear tyre the price I was charged was very reasonable. I will be returning to get my front tyres change when needed and will also be bringing my car to the guys. I would have no hesitation in recommending Universal Dartford to my friends. Thanks for the great service.”

“Took my car into the Dartford branch for brakes and discs which was fixed while I waited. I couldn't fault the service at all. The work was carried out swiftly and the staff were friendly and cheerful which was great so early in the morning. I would highly recommend the Dartford branch to others. I will 100% return to this branch again if needed.”
