“Knights in high-vis armour. They rescued us in an emergency & we're really quick, super friendly and helpful. They didn't charge for call out. As soon as we arrived at Universal, 4 men rushed out with their jack & spare tyres like a formula one pitstop. We thought we were in an advert. We were Universalled & had a great time.”

“The guys at the Thurrock branch are very friendly and welcoming, they will talk through any issue and advise. If you ride a bike and need a repair or replacement give them a go, they are used to working on bikes. I have been there before and returned because of the help.”

“I love the wonderful staff at the Ipswich Branch!! Every time I go in there they are always very professional with the most wonderful friendly manner. The place always looks spotless and clean. They have looked after me for many years seeing as I'm sooo bad at driving that I have to have new tyre's every few months as I love kerbs and potholes!!! Terry, Max and all the staff are a credit to your Company !! Amy”

“Excellent service the whole working day could have been written off as I needed a new tyre as Ford Galaxy does not does not carry a spare. The fact you were able to fit the tyre for me without having to be towed to a garage in record time made such a difference . Tyre was good quality and good value so nice to receive a genuine service. Would definitely use again. Friendly helpful mechanic.”

“Had my van exhaust changed today at the unit in Thurrock, Essex. Very impressed with the service and helpful staff. In particular Joe who got the prices and booked the repair, at a time and date that suited me rather than them, and Andy who undertook the repair in a very efficient manner.”

“I can not recommend this company enough. The Guys at the Dartford branch were very friendly and happy in their work. They went way above the level of service I could ever expect, helping me with an issue that every other garage I know would have completely ripped me off with. These guys really are what a garage should be, professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. A rare garage that exceeds customer service and don't rip you off. 10 out of 10.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. All the staff happy and friendly. Helpful with any questions you have. They try to save you money, unlike most other garages who try and sell you what you don't need. They went way above any level of service I have ever experienced before. Very highly recommended.”

“Called Universal Tyres this morning to ask for a replacement tyre - fast quote given - no fuss. Terry from Thurrock arrived less than an hour later. Glad to give this company and its staff a five star rating. Not many companies out there who give such a prompt and efficient service as well as having nice staff too. “Saw the guys at Universal tyres Greenwich for an MOT on my Mini Cooper and discovered 2 minor issues that needed rectifying. When these issues were found to be the start of bigger issues they went out of their way to get them sorted ASAP. Although the car was in the garage for 2 days, i feel it could have been a lot longer. Considering the hours of labour involved, i was only charged for one hour, which was very reasonable. Highly recommend the team at Greenwich for any repairs!”
