“Dartford Branch. I have recently visited this branch to get some tyres and I was amazed how professional the staff members were. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. The tyres very fitted very quickly so I didn't have to wait for long. I would like to say thank you to the branch manager Rob as he was very friendly and professional and Lee for fitting my tyres so quick! I would definitely recommend this branch!”

“I needed to replace the tyres on my motorcycle and went into the West Thurrock branch. Joe & team were extremely helpful and spent time discussing which tyres would suit me & my bike the best. Once decided I returned the next day to have the tyres fitted. My bike caused a few problems but the team made great effort to overcome them. Left feeling very happy with the service. I would gladly recommend this branch.”

“I had two tyres changed on my motorcycle before the MOT. A part on my bike had broken while they were removing my wheels. They paid for the replacement part also fitting it and helped my do other stuff to my motorcycle to help pass my MOT. Very happy and will always use them.”

“Recommended to go to the South Croydon branch because the exhaust on my Peugeot was sounding noisy. They were very friendly and made me feel at home while they put the car on the ramp, and diagnosed it as a corroded bracket and fitted another and only charged me £10! I'll definitely go back there again, if I need new tyres or exhaust.”

“Joe Hearn and the team at the West Thurrock Depot in Essex were very friendly, helpful and efficient when they fitted a new battery to my car yesterday. I went without my husband to have the work carried out and I was made to feel welcome and very comfortable. Will definately use them again next time I need batteries or tyres.”

“Had a nail in my tyre so went to the Croydon centre. They didn't have the tyre in stock but promised to get it for 10am the next day. Went back at 10 am the following day as agreed and was in and out within 20 mins. A very quick, efficient and friendly service. They also matched the price I had been previously quoted by KWIK-Fit (who also didn't have the tyre in stock). Steve”

“I burst my tyre in a pothole and popped into Universal Dartford to get a new tyre. My tyre wasn't in stock but they offered to order a new one and bring it to my workplace to fit it at no extra cost. I ordered the tyre then went to get my car and one of the employees had managed to find the problem. The tyre was fine but the rim was bent so he had sorted that for me, checked the tyres and pumped up the flat one. I expected to pay something towards the labour cost as I had been there for 15-20 minutes but they said there was no charge. All very friendly and polite. Will definitely go back when I need new tyres. Thanks! Your help was greatly appreciated.”
