“Car was in at Staines for service, mot and brakes. Kev kept us up to date throughout and truly looked after us. Cannot praise the levels of service enough and will,be returning with my own car as well in future.”

“I visited Thurrock's branch of Universal Tyres last night. Their service was excellent, they even sorted out another problem that was not related to the two new tyres! I also found out that I could have had my car service completed by them and it would have been cheaper than where I normally go. I will be going back next year for that! Its a lovely branch, very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.”

“Visited the Thurrock branch about a week ago following a warning alert popping up on my dashboard. Got booked in for the following Monday and my car was taken care of by Andy and Joe. Turned out to be an indicator that my central lock battery was low and needed replacing. Battery not easy to find but after searching high and low they found it, replaced it and made some servicing recommendations. Many thanks guys and also to Paul and all the guys at Thurrock. You're always happy to help whenever I bring my car in, and make the trips to the garage less stressful.”

“My indicator light was not working on my original mini. Greeted very warmly lots of comments about my car and comparisons with the Italian Job staring Michael Caine. The job was done very quickly, it was only a bulb that needed replacing. The whole team were very pleasant and courteous. I visted your branch in Tottenham. Thank you.”

“Just turned up with a flat tyre and Joe + team were very helpful. I was seen straight away and within a short time was on my way with a new tyre. And with a cup of tea too while I waited! Excellent service.”

“I visited the Dartford branch today with a flat tyre. The service I received was top notch. The staff gave everything to help a family of 5 and a dog out of their predicament and see us on our way. Very professional and friendly. I will now always visit Universal for tyres even though it is not local to me.”

“My van was booked into your Chelmsford branch this morning for a service, brakes and new tyre and I just want to say the service I received was brilliant. I was greeted by Rob by name and everything was done on time as explained. Your rebuilt facilities were immaculate and I'm so grateful the work could be carried out on Xmas eve!! Really well done to the team there and I will recommend yourselves to all friends, family and companies I work for!!”

“We visited the Thurrock branch yesterday as need new tyres urgently and could not source them elsewhere, Andy was very helpful and professional. Although they did not have my particular tyres Andy called the manufacturers and they delivered the tyres today, Andy called us when they arrived and when we arrived they were promptly and efficiently fitted, we were offered drinks while we waited. Overall a very good experience and would thoroughly recommend this branch and the staff Mrs Jacobs”
