“Just had 2 rear tyres fitted to my Ford Kuga company car this afternoon by Steve and the Team at Colchester branch. As usual very friendly and efficient guys, I have always received excellent service from them over a number of years and continue to do so. Well done and thank you !”

“I had two new tyres fitted to the back of my Mondeo estate 2.0 Ghia X auto. last November. In March this year I had to have both fronts replaced, I do get discounts elsewhere but I needed the same matching tyres, ("the others didn't have") ??. So I visited my local universal centre again , & indeed they still had the same tyres in stock. "Happy days" & cost hadn't gone up since the last fitting. Joe & his team were excellent and prompt as usual with the fitting. I cannot fault the team. "5 stars right across the board". Thank You, Saul Mackenzie”

“Took a motorbike wheel to the branch at Highlands Farm, Rettendon, Essex, to get a tyre taken off and one put on. They took the wheel from the boot of my car, did the swap over straight away despite being in the middle of other work. None of this you'll have to leave it with us lark. Very helpful and friendly Staff. After receiving a competitive quote, I'll be going back soon for some new tyres for my car.”

“I used Universal Tyres when I encountered a flat tyre on my way to Bluewater. I rang the Dartford branch who were extremely quick to respond. Someone was with me within 15 mins and fitted a new tyre while I made payment over the phone. Excellent service and would recommend them.”

“Phoned dartford branch this morning about a nail in my motorcycle tyre. Rode in and as i turned up they led me straight in all repaired in half hour fantastic. Great service. It would take me half hour to get wheel off alone!!”

“I visited the - newly refurbished - Chelmsford branch last week to arrange for my Q3 to have it's first MOT and 4 new tyres. I had a few suggestions for tyres but Rob ( the Manager) suggested Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2s and I took his advice and have just driven the car home and I am very happy with the improved feel over the original Continentals. I did my customary check of the wheel nuts (to make sure they hadn't been over-tightened) and they were all fine n dandy. A very satisfied customer, again . . . Which explains why I have been buying tyres here for 30yrs. Colin Ludlow”

“I recently went into Universal Tyres in Greenwich because I thought I needed a new tyre and the service was fantastic! I didn't need a tyre just and £18 puncture. On top of that they mended a fuse in my cigarette lighter for free. Given that I have an Audi TT and garages normal rip me off when I drive in as they assume that I have money to burn I was thrilled with the service provided, the professionalism of the staff and how skilled they are. In future I will be booking my car to be serviced there as it is much cheaper and much better that Audi from what I can see. Extremely impressed , I will be back!”

“I recently visited Universal Tyres in Tilbury, Essex to have a puncture repaired. Whilst there I asked for some replacement tyres to be fitted as well. Due to the tyres being a special order (non stocked) I made arrangements for them to be fitted later that week. A return visit once the tyres came in was arranged and after agreeing a suitable time to return I had them fitted straight away. First class service as always from this branch with polite staff. I always visit here and recommend this branch to people I know.”
