“Took my Street Triple with a slow puncture to Universal Tyres at South Croydon. Reece managed to patch the tyre and I didn't have to buy a new one - having just bought the bike two months before and plenty of tread left! Many thanks to Reece and the team, made to feel welcome and in and out in twenty minutes, will definitely use Universal again. Thank you!”

“New front and rear tyres on my bmw r1200rt. Great price, cheapest I could find, very careful whilst fitting. Who could ask for more, well you can even ride in have a cup of tea ride out and still be cheaper than some with taking the wheels off. Thanks Andy at thurrock Universal tyres for top service”

“I visited my local Ipswich Universal tyres branch with a slow puncture which was repaired & dealt with efficiently & at a very reasonable price. Whilst there I discussed a technical problem I have had & the team spent time & effort trying to resolve it for me they kept me informed & were helpful & polite at all times even though I am sure the job they had undertaken was a pain. They were unable to resolve the issue but I am very grateful for all of the time & effort they put in as well as making sure I had all the information I needed to see the previous mechanic who had caused the problem. I would highly recommend this branch for there hard work & dedication & excellent customer service .”

“Fantastic personal service. As a woman it's difficult to go to garages for fear of being ripped off, Go to Universal Tyres in Staines with confidence girls, they will only do what is needed and don't make you feel like a fool. I live a long way from them, but consider them my local garage. Quick service and quality work. Can't say enough good things about them x”

“Universal just saved my holiday broke down yesterday and waited 6 hours for RAC recovery got back to Universal Tyres and they fitted me in and have fixed it so now off on holiday. Thank you so very much you are all stars xxxxx”
