“Honestly, everything from delivery to instructions was super good, I'm super impressed. The one thing I would highly recommend you guys do in the future though is add disclaimers regarding settings on the account. Granted perhaps it's a little self-inflicted on my part by not fully exploring all the options before joining a game, but the account has some super weird settings. No sound, no chat, weird UI to name a few. The sound part especially sucked because even when you enable it in-game the character and ability sounds won't be enabled until you reboot the game. So again it's not the end of the world by any means but having a heads up would have been really nice.”
