“Everything is a smooth process, and that is nice, however if something is out of place or needs fixing (IE your help.) Then it's very hard to get in contact with you guys. Especially feedback on support e-mails is an issue I'm dealing with at the present moment.”

“They did everything they said, but the account wasn't fresh like made it seem like it would be. My account had an history of 4 seasons placed bronze so I played went 9-1 in the placements and got silver IV wish is really really annoying, now I gotta play a bunch of them just to get gold...”

“First account I got didn’t live up to the minimum standards (it didn’t have the amount of skins they promised). So I reached out to support and they were able to provide me with an account that met the criteria, was getting a little scared though because there were long intervals with no communication. In the end I got my product though.”
