“I received the wrong finial. I emailed and didn't hear back, I phoned and was told to email, I emailed and did receive word that I would receive the correct finial. I waited two weeks and did not receive the correct finial. I emailed and did not hear back. I'm not able to get through using the phone number on the website. Extremely dissatisfied. I would like the correct finial so if customer service can assist I would appreciate it.”

“Unfortunately, the shade I received was described as "off white" and it was pure white which was not what I needed. However, I returned it w/o a problem and got a quick refund. Good company to deal with.”

“It’s very difficult to find lampshades with the uno fitting for the old wrought iron downward bridge lamps. You had them and the shade size dimensions were very clear which made it easy to order The shades arrived undamaged in a timely manner They fit and look fine. More size, shape and fabric/color options in this particular style would be nice. I would definitely order from you again.”

“Recently the glass cone on a favorite lamp fell and smashed. Upgrade Lights was the only source I could find with a replacement which fit. The only downside is that it is white glass, instead of the green I had, so it is very bright. A low wattage bulb many make it OK for me. I shall see.”

“The base was too small to fit on the lamp I had to pull the leaves back to fit the shorter base. Otherwise the lamp is perfect beautiful that was my mistake I hope this can help someone thank you”
