“Urban Natural rescued us when the furniture store we originally bought a bed headboard and frame from informed us that they no longer were working with the furniture company that made it and we wanted the side bed tables for the set. Urban Natural was easy to work with and we had our side bed tables quickly.”

“My husband and I bought 2 full size couches from Ali at Urban Home. I don’t think we could have received better guidance or advice in helping us make our choice. Ali never rushed or pressured us. Once we ordered the couches he told us when they would be delivered and like clockwork they arrived. He followed up with us and made sure all went well. I will definitely make all future furniture purchases from him and Urban Home.”

“I bought a gorgeous cherry mid-century dining table and chairs and a dazzling deep orange French patio table from Urban Natural and am thrilled with them. The online, customer service, and delivery were flawless and the prices were good, even a bit lower than others. The quality of the pieces is top notch. “Urban Natural handles unique, well made, handcrafted furniture that I have enjoyed having in my home. Over the years I have purchased a beautiful maple bed handcrafted in Vermont and, the pride of my furniture collection, a live edge, cherry dining table. Ali Quari of Urban Natural was very helpful and patient in working with me to design the semi-custom table. His knowledge of the products that he represents along with his attention to detail and easy going, enthusiastic attitude enabled a beautiful piece of furniture to be created. The showroom is easy to browse in and lends itself to letting one's design juices flow.”

“We were looking for a non-toxic sofa that was modern and sleek but still affordable. We found the Grace Sofa on Urban Natural and thought it could work well. We ordered it in gray and it looks great in our living room, and has even held up to kids and everyday living.”

“Excellent team! I purchased a bed before obtaining my condo and though the bed was built after purchasing, I still needed a few days as I didn’t close on my condo. I asked if I can have it delivered 2 weeks later and they did without an issue. I went back and purchased a few more items that were custom made and every delivery was white glove service. I love this store and how professional they are. Can’t wait to have a reason to go back.”

“I ordered a custom Cisco Brothers coffee table, and could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received from Urban Natural Home. All communication was quick, friendly and transparent. When a delivery issue came up, which was not under their control, they went above and beyond to fix the problem. I recommend Urban Natural Home highly for their product knowledge and excellent customer service.”
