“The Urban Natural team was incredible to work with. They assisted me with a sofa purchase as well as a custom upholstery choice. They provided regular progress updates. Delivery was exceptional white glove service. They also called shortly after delivery, informing me that the sofa was damaged in transit. Even though the damage was minimal enough that I probably would have not noticed, they provided an entirely new sofa. Excellent customer service, and amazing choices in heirloom-quality furniture.”

“We were very pleased with our experience at Urban Natural. There was no end to their patience with our unending questions and deliberations. They made the process as easy as possible given that we live a bit of a distance from the store so they would send us fabric samples or just answer questions on the phone. We did go there a couple of times and the store was nicely set up and we felt free to sit on a sofa as long as we needed to, or open a sofa bed to see the mechanism, etc. They really made us feel confident in our purchase by the time we made it. And we love the sofa we bought from them and I also want to add that the delivery process was seamless. FIVE STARS for sure.”

“This is a very good furniture store. Ali's manufacturers are all excellent and all in the US. We cam in for a bench, from a particular vendor in Vermont and ending up buying a dining room table and chairs (and the bench). Our furniture was delivered at no charge to a house in Upstate NY. I recommend them highly.”

“Ali runs a beautiful store, with beautiful, high quality merchandise. We've gotten the best pillows we've ever slept on, and one of the nicest mugs we own, from Urban Natural. We hope to be back for a handmade dining table soon.”

“After much searching, I ordered an American Leather (mine is fabric, though, that’s the brand) from Urban Natural, sight unseen. I did the whole transaction by phone with Ali. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process from the sale through the delivery. Oh, and they also offered me the best price. Highly recommend Urban Natural!”

“I am so happy with my “green” sofa. Ali, at Urban Natural helped me decide on the options for my beautiful sofa. It is lovely, and I recommend Urban Natural to anyone who wants a custom sofa. My last sofa, which I bought from a well-known furniture store, was a disaster. The fabric began to change color within six months of purchase. And then I developed an extreme allergic reaction to the sofa. Most likely, the fabric dye.”

“I have been working with Urban Natural for over 2 years and have slowly been furnishing my home from their thoughtfully curated collection. Ali puts a lot of thought into helping me select pieces that will fit my space and aesthetic, and makes the entire process really effortless. He also stands behind every piece - he has longstanding relationships with the manufacturers and I do feel like this furniture will last me a lifetime. I keep going back because I love everything I’ve bought from the store, and it’s really a pleasure working with Ali.”

“I have purchased a number of things from Urban Natural and could not be happier. I purchased two gorgeous beds, a book shelf in cherry wood for my office, an oak buffet, and oxygen pillows. The service is amazing. The owner and staff took so much time to go over options with me and never pressured me to buy. I typically returned several times before picking out what I wanted and the owner and his staff were always patient and helpful. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. It is solid wood and non-toxic material in their sofas and chairs and mattresses. There is no store that comes close to Urban Natural in quality and in offering green organic alternatives. I cannot recommend them enough as the go to for anyone's next furniture purchase!!!!!!”

“The decor and quality of the wood furnishings & upholstered pieces has good lines & finishes. Beautiful woods. Mechanisms work well & the owner and his sales rep are not only helpful but take the time to stay in touch if you are postponing your order or require servicing afterwards as we required.”

“I moved to New Jersey with no furniture for my bedroom. When I found Urban Natural, it was easy to book an appointment for a private viewing of the showroom. Ali, the owner, took me through all my options for mattresses, bed frames, side tables, lamps, decor - as I was in the market for a top to bottom bedroom furnishing. The best part about my visit to the Urban Natural showroom was that he made it a pressure free and comfortable shopping experience. After I decided on my pieces (beautiful and modern wood bedroom set and a mattress), Ali was attentive and followed up with me to ensure the delivery was seamless.
