“I discovered your Mediterranean Zatar spice after searching around the internet looking for the flavors I grew up with. My father used to take me to the famous Sahadi's grocery store and Damascus Bakery where he frequented shopping as a young man on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Heights. Buying the Mediterranean Zatar reminds me of the array of flavors I had as a kid from Brookyn, and I was thrilled to rekindle and keep using the flavors of my childhood. I buy this particular spice occasionally to give to my brothers and sisters to keep the tradition of love of great food and heritage alive within my family. “Brine mixer works great. I have used for smoking a turkey and multiple chickens. It is my go to over night soaker for the birds. Many compliments by all.”
