“I haven't received the items yet, therefore I can't write a review of the products. I hope I get them soon. They were ordered over a month ago and I was told they have shipped, but still no products...frustrating!”

“The product is fine. I just don’t understand why it took 3 weeks for them to ship it. They said “4-6 days shipping”, but they failed to mention that they wait 3 weeks to fulfill the order, then send it via 4-6 days shipping. Does it really take 3 weeks to put seasoning in a box?”

“Years ago I was able to purchase your spice in bulk, then you discontinued it and I had to purchase it in large bottles. Now I'm stuck with buying smaller bottles and it gets very expensive. This is one spice that I use all the time and now have to sparingly use it. Am very upset about it. Guess you only want to make more monies and serve your former customers!”

“bought it on groupon for $30. then was charged another $15 shipping through company after. thought I was getting a lot more then actually showed up. I wouldn't have paid over $10 for the seasonings if I would have known what I was ending up with”

Hi- the groupon offer clearly stated that shipping was not included- but we understand your frustration. The offer was greatly discounted off of our regular prices so we couldnt afford to throw shippping in too. Check the website - we often offer free shipping for promotions.
