“It was so salty, we tossed out a very expensive meal and ate left overs. What a waste of a fresh shrimp dinner with angel hair past, mudrooms and a white wine garlic sauce. So Gross it is maddening! Worst ever.”

“Absolutely the worst seasoning. The Baja style shrimp mix was so loaded with salt that i couldn’t eat it. I bought fresh caught Florida Gulf shrimp & made the mistake of using this seasoning. I had to toss the entire pan!!! Absolutely disgusting! If I could give it a zero I would.”

“After checking out, using paypal, there was no place to put a shipping address, thus causing the package to be shipped to the wrong place. I emailed right after placing the order and not only did I never hear back from them, it ended up getting shipped to the wrong place.”

“I’m looking forward to receiving my popcorn. I ordered it 8/23. It wasn’t shipped until 9/2. I still haven’t received it . It’s 9/10.”

Hi Mary, It looks like your order actually shipped 8/31, and according to the tracking they have attempted delivery and left you a delivery notice with instructions on 9/4. It also says your mail receptacle could not fit the package. I would suggest checking with your local mail carrier, if you can't find the notice they left you! Hi, Your order shipped within one day of receiving it, and it has to travel all the way from Chicago to Alaska! The tracking says it made it to Seattle on 2/4 and is on schedule to arrive to you. “Only one star because the way Urban Accents do business is creepy. The shipping charge was $ 11-12, it was NOT mentioned in the charges UNTIL AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. i WROTE/EMAIL TO CANCEL MY ORDER BUT STILL GOT SENT.”

Niki- HI this is not how the website normally works. You should have the ability to see shipping in your cart before you finalize order.
