“Timely, accurate and proper notifications”

“I have used Fisherman’s Wharf for years and love it. This time it is extremely salty. I had to scrape it off the fish to be able to eat it. I wish you would make a salt-free version. It is still good, I will just have to use sparingly.”

“I love Urban Accents spices - wonderful flavor, fresh, highly functional bottles and good quality packaging (shipping). The only reason for not rating 5 stars is the change in products over time. I loved the Rio Grande Chili and have not found another quite like it - the others taste different to me. In other cases it's a name change: I really liked the name Coast-to-Coast - felt inclusive and I live on a coast; now it's named Heartland - doesn't mean quite the same thing to me.”

“Some of my very favorite seasoning blends come from Urban Accents. I am thankful Mesa Rosa Chipotle is still available but I miss other previous offerings that are no longer available such as the salt blends, especially Caribbean Peppered Salt. It is difficult when I develop recipes around spice mixes and then they are no longer available. My spice rack is set up for and full of Urban Accent jarred spices and I hope I can keep it stocked.”

“Thank you very much to the personal attention. Although you no longer make the product your representative did give me two options. I have received them and while they are good they are nowhere near what green bean seasoning was. I appreciate your help anyway. Please consider manufacturing the green bean mix made for Sur la table under your name. It is wonderful”

“Love the products you have to offer especially the rubs for fish and chicken. However, the shipping and shipping notifications were not good. From the time I placed my order until I was notified it had shipped was over a week. Then when it was shipped the notification didn't give any indication of which method of shipping was being used or any tracking numbers to be able to track when it would arrive. In this age of Amazon next day shipping with easy tracking, it would advantageous if you refined your shipping methods and notifications.”

“I learned about Urban Accents from a purchase I made at Costco - a two pack of different veggie roasters. Needless to say, I fell in love and went back and bought whatever was left at Costco. My supply is now gone and was happy to find one of the two seasoning packets on your website. These seasoning packets are amazing and my kids now love brussel sprouts because it it.”

“I love the popcorn and seasonings. I ordered a few sets for gifts. My only complaint is that I used one of them to give to my niece who I needed a gift for. I ordered another one on12/25 to replace it for my sister, but she didn’t get it until 1/11, over three weeks later. When I borrowe it from her I told her it should come in 5 days or so, I didn’t expect it to take so long.”
