“Mukesh Kumar provided me with absolutely exceptional service. Just an absolute pleasure to work with. I was working with this tool named Nymphus and I thought I was going to leave US Mobile because he was so unprofessional, but Mukesh Kumar earned back my business with his 5 star professionalism.”

“I was wanting to postpone my phone plan payment for another date because I have been tight on finances lately. After having talked to a Miss Amna about my situation, she so generously helped me by looking into my plan AND giving me a 10$ discount on my next bill! She was an absolute sweetheart to talk to, as have those who have helped me before. It is reasons like this why I love US Mobile so much. Cheap, easy to change and access your plans, and amazing customer service!”

“the customer service rep, Zurayz, was extremely patient helping me thru what is a frustrating GUI for the sign up process! Using a chrome browser, I was unable to complete the process (four attempts) until I went to an incognito window. Whew! Thanks Zurayz, for your help!”

“I had an issue with my new iPhone XS in that I could not send MMS/SMS messages. After being a long time US Mobile customer and their service has been exemplary in the past, I really needed some guidance as to rectify this issue. Omema came on board and after about an hour chatting back and forth trying this and that, we finally got the phone to send messages and pics. Omema was a godsend in this instance. Because of this and the obvious great pricing, I will continue to be a US Mobile subscriber. Thank you so much!!”

“Ayesha was super helpful, and even though we had a lot of requests, and the final problem was tough to resolve...she stuck with us, kept us informed and maintained contact while doing things, and in the end everything was resolved satisfactorily! Great customer service experience!!”
