“I have had such great service with USMOBILE every time I have used the chat with agent option on the website. It’s always almost immediate connection at all different times and everyone is very positive and willing to help with anything they can. Each time I was helped until the issue was resolved and I never leave feeling like more could’ve been done and in fact just the opposite. For instance, last even I spoke with Marvi Mahesar and she took on my entire paragraph of an introduction to several problems I was having. (which all turned out to the phone’s issues By the way) I feel like Marvi would’ve stayed hours if that’s what it took to solve. I also have received my SIM cards very quickly each time they are mailed and they are always, with USMOBILE customer service rep’s assistance, very easy to set up. I would definitely recommend USMOBILE to anyone who appreciates great customer care.”

“Fantastic service and customer support, I contacted customer support through live chat and they were supper fast to get back to me, under 2mins! (Wanted to switch from the GSM to Supper LTE network and help connecting a hotspot) Very knowledge and help customer support agent Kamil Khan, Thank you for help. Great pricing coverage for pig backing of Verizon and T-moblie I think.”

“Kamil Khan was great. I couldn't access voicemail for some reason, and he stayed with me for over an hour as we worked through the issue. Super-patient, helpful, and professional. People like Kamil are the reason I stay with usmobile.”

“Hamza J. is by far the BEST customer service rep I've ever dealt with. He I had the patience of jobe! I got very flustrated trying to get my service to work he walked me through all the steps for setting up my APN. After all that trouble we found out that I made a mistake and that was why my phone wasn't working properly. After he helped me for 30 minutes giving me the APN settings and all of that he figured out what was wrong! He is the best customer service Rep I've ever worked with. US Mobile is very Blessed to have him on there team! I think he deserves a BIG Raise especially having to put up with me! LOL!”

“Zurayz is by far the BEST customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Amazingly knowledgeable and truly helpful. Answered all my questions, even the hard ones I thought wouldn't be and thus opened the door for me to become a customer. GREAT service. Thanks Zurayz. :)”

“There were some issues of running out of voice minutes and when I contacted customer service I was helped by Kamil Khan. She was able to steer me in the direction of a new plan that offers unlimited voice for $8. This seemed like the perfect solution since I was always having to add more money when I would run out of minutes. I appreciate Kamil's sincere and attentive assistance she was quite helpful.”

“They are able to help figure out any problem 24/7!! Fiza Shah helped me get my data looked into over a chat at midnight so I could get my kids data restored and able to use their map to get home:) Super helpful to have helpers at your fingertips that truly care and want to help you figure out any problems fast!”

“I lost my data connection. Several product support specialists tried their best to help via chat and email but without success. I just called the support phone number and luckily was connected to someone named Nobel, who was very polite and professional. With his help, I got my connection back. Kudos!”
