“Zeeshan what is the most helpful technical support advisor I have ever spoken with. He helped me activate my lines and he activated our mobile hotspot in real time while I was on the phone. Dramatic service compared to what was lacking at mint mobile.”

“Nobel was my representative to help me access Us mobile internet service on my phone went out him I don't believe I could have done it this representative shows the Integrity of US Mobile for the future I believe that people like him makes customers talk good about the company they work for if it wasn't for him once again I don't believe I could have got my phone on thank you Noble very good experience made everything more simple for me once again I can't say it enough the best tech I've ever talked to about my phone”

“My new phone had problems connecting to the service network. The fix required a complete manual reconfiguration, requiring changes to many settings. Thankfully, Muhammad Faisal was there to guide me each step of the way. What could have been a harrowing experience for a 70 year old luddite was relatively painless. He was patient, polite and altogether pleasant. Cudos to Muhammad and US Mobile customer support.”

“I spoke w Hassaan about not being able to receive any texts from one person and not being able to receive photos from another, and he was very friendly and helpful! I appreciate him and his walking me through every step. Hopefully the reset and fixes worked, although that remains to be seen... Great cust svc on the phone though.”
