“I made the switch from Verizon to US Mobile. More lines, half the cost! I hope the cell service I receive is as great as the customer service I received from Aysha. I did need some help getting my phones set up and running. Aysha was SUPER. She was very patient, walked through the steps with me, and fixed the stuff that I messed up. One of the reasons I chose US Mobile over other off-name-brand carriers is because of the positive things I heard about their customer service. I can say without a doubt that they have great customer service...and you can talk with a real human!”

“Oh my God!!! Nobody could help us with our issue and we already started to think that we should probably buy a new phone(or at least SIM card) but then Sheryar Khan picked up a phone and step by step, very patiently and warmly lead us through solving the issue. Sheryar Khan-we appreciate your help so, so much!!!”

“Ask for Khyzer Naseef if you need help with anything! This guy is patient, articulate, through and funny. Amazing customer service, I spent 2 hrs on the phone with him bringing over 4 lines to USmobile, and had difficulty with 1 of them. He help me navigate the difficulties and expertly talked me through the tedium on my end. Thank you Khyzer, I feel like we're brothers from another mother! USmobile is lucky to have you working for them!”

“Syed's customer service was fantastic. He patiently and expertly helped fix a problem with my esim card. I have had some nightmare customer service experiences with other cellular companies, so it was refreshing to have someone who could actually help solve my problem!”

“This is an AMAZING employee! I had a wonderful experience learning the new products this company has. The man I spoke with is extraordinary (NOBEL) VERY PATIENT! VERY KIND! This person new all about the phones & the plans & was super informative! This is someone I NEED running my business!! The kindness and patience he showed when I was having a bad day goes beyond the limits of any job requirements! I don't know this person at all but I wish there were a ton just like him in the U.S.A. There's 1 question I always ask a cell phone representative & it's super easy but you don't know how many people didn't know this. The question was what does VPN stand for? Nobel never hesitated he knew exactly what it was. Nobel was only 2 out of 17 that I've asked that knew just this 1 question. I have many years with I.T. & Cellular companies. I will tell you this. This person is a Huge asset to your company! I have managed over many many people, please value this person & move him up in order for him to teach Patience, compassion& care for your customers & teach others this vary gift he has. I give this guy a 10 on a job well done!”
