“Hassaan Was very patient with my lack of knowledge of my phone. She directed me to find the info that was needed to fix my difficulty. I thought I might have had my settings wrong. “Omema, the agent that helped my was awesome!!! Omema was very patient and understanding. Omema patiently walked me through everything I need to do to resolve my problem. USMobile is a great company with extremely good service and extremely reasonable prices. I cannot recommend it higher, and if you ever have a problem ask for Omema. “They have always been great at solving tech issues. Whether it's understanding caps (hit during virtual learning hotspots) or enabling hotspots on other phones, they've gotten me to the answer quickly. Great support for a great network!”

“Hi, the last agent that I talked was extremely helpful, his name is Mukesh, but I talked to an array of people over chat and really this could have been solved earlier. Mukesh was able to correct an issue that was supposed to be corrected earlier. The company has to work on this a bit.”

“I had a problem sending text messages from my US mobile phone due to some network settings issues. Omema did a marvelous job and was able to get things fixed for me in just 10'. Amazing customer service!”

“Was helped by a customer service representative named Arsalan and a couple others as we had issues with our line porting process (that ended up being on the end of my old provider).
