Awful service. Do not use these. Electric bill is over £120 a week on a smart metre. Engineer came out and fitted the smart metre didn’t show us how to use it and it don’t even work. The app is awful aswell never works. You can’t get through to them on the phone and when you do the call centres are not even in the uk.

Absalutly appauling company to be with, i just had my smart meters installed a few days ago, after being forgotten about then had to wait till mid day the next day for them to wirelessly commission them, im skint till pay day and need help from them but when i reqest a live adviser no one is available, does anyone actually work hear, im ragging, i have young kids that need heat, light and food n no1 gives a dam

Rip off rubbish company, spending £80 per week sometimes more just for electricity. Been told numerous times I have a faulty meter so had an engineer sent out to replace it... Was it replaced no!! Left over a month without hot water and heating (over Xmas when temperatures dropped) Compensated £30 for 3 no show appointments and guess what it was gone within 2 days!! Topped up £20 into positive credit yesterday, was out all day and come back to my emergency credit needing to be accepted. WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO JOIN THIS ROBBING COMPANY THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

I wish I could leave a 0 review for this company! No one answers the phones and when they do you get cut off, no one to chat to online always busy. Left without gas for over three days with two young children faulty machine and no one to get in contact with!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

The pricing is astronomical. I have to plough money into my preoayment meter hand over fist. They have refused to address this when I made a complaint about their shocking prices. They make it dufficult to speak to a person and when you do Ive had the phone put down on me and the staff often dont appear to be competent. The meter and freedom unit are hard to understand and use. I am determined ti switch from them or I will end up bankrupt

Awful company! Paying £200 a month for a 1 bedroom flat, has financial difficulties because of this and when I was off supply and unable to top up they refused to help leaving myself and 2 young children without electric

DO NOT THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SUPPLIER!! THEY NOT ONLY TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE THEY ALSO KEEP THE GOVERNMENTS WARM HOME DISCOUNT FOR THEMSELEVES!! IM SINGLE PARENT OF 2 ONE WHOM IS A VULNERABLE IN 5 YEARS SINCE BEING UTILITA THEY HAVE NEVER GAVE ME MY HOME WARM DISCOUNT!!! My smart meters ain't so smart. Infact they do not even work. I have had 6 engineer visits so far and still no working meters. They have placed both on engineer mode which means I will get a bill even though I have topped my cards up. Now they have issed a bill based on estimates because they cannot even get a meter reading from their own meters. Called today and they cannot send an engineer out AGAIN because my account is now with the revenue protection team? I can't even pay them! I have logged a complaint and done a complete GDRP request which I have received which details all the visits, notes, complaints and still nothing. I dont have 58 minutes everyday to sit on hold to get no further forward. My anxiety and depression is through the roof with the uncertainty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Rubbish and the biggest con artist ever how can a 3 bedroom house spend less than a 1 bedroom cause am in a 1 bedroom and spend way to much plus your meter sends false readings this is poor service I've been on the phone for 20 min waiting for someone to answer

No heating for 7 days due to fault with meter customer service shocking hours spent pn phone get cut off . When you do get through to arrange an engineer to come out , no show or a call to tell us what going on or why engineer hasn't arranged appointment. So process starts again but this time they tell us they will phone back hours later no call then they are closed , eventually they call back tell us engineer will be here within three hours guess what no show !! Still no heating shocking customer service !!

We are pensioners and disabled, have been left with no power or heating for 3 days by Utilita and no sign of anyone coming to fix the old and broken 1st generation smart meter or replace it with a more up to date and reliable one. Service is disgraceful and we are on their priority service register so God help anyone who isn't if this is their priority service.

I have had no gas all over Christmas card stopped working called and called tried on line web site over and over on phone for hours even emergency number hours never got to a agent company should be prosecuted to the fall exstent of the law

Having problems with my gas signal since last year been on the phone to utilita a lot requesting to get it sorted but still not sorted they said I would get a booster but boosters stopped 4 years ago am a disabled person and have really bad mental health issues and this isn't helping as getting pushed from pillar to post on each call

High prices , the service is horrible… left me with no gas for 12 hours ( still waiting ) even tho I topped up and specially having a 11 days old child no interest of helping at all.

On there Q/A page it says it takes 30 minutes to top a smart meter. Really I don't think so. It must be really difficult to press a button. I've waited over 12 hours, some times more. Pathetic.

If I could give this company 0 stars then 0 stars it would be. Awful customer service and an absolute rip off, have no interest in helping you. They think it is acceptable to leave you without gas and electric for two weeks until you are able to top up. Do not use this company there are far far better out there
