“Reading these reviews it suggests this company is a money grabber however in my case I owe them at the moment a few months ago they wanted to increase my payments but I asked them to put it on hold since then I am in debt to them
Phoning is no problem they listen to what you say and work with you
I am in the process of asking them to increase my payments in fact I am going to pay them the outstanding money I owe them
I find them very fair and no I do not work for this company for those customers who appear to have problems just explain you would like a line manager to examine your your account”

“Seems to be alright. Electricity and gas seem to work, which is more than can be said for my train tonight which suddenly left me screeching to a halt in the dark. I guess they don't do train supplies? I mean, it's all the same juice at the end of the day, but I guess it's a tad more complicated to get it there, unless the train drags a big cable along.
Anyway, it's electricity; and gas. Apart from the switch I've not had any engagement so it seems to have been simple with no issues. Haven't had the need to call customer services, etc. so can't offer anything more than a middle of the road 3*s. On that basis, I'm not sure offering a prize draw for a review is going to have the effect they desired?”
“I haven't got much experience with the company yet. They appeared to be efficient, yet my previous supplier could not send me the final bill as they have not got the final figures from Utility Point after more than 4 weeks of transference of supplier”
