I bought a product online which turned out to be too large. I was told that I could return it for the next size down. I did return, only to find out the size I wanted was out of stock. I was given all the options, to wait till the correct size came in, a refund or a credit? My choice. I chose the refund. But all through the process they kept me informed of what was happening. Top marks/ 5 stars👌 Recommendable”
