“I placed an order for some HP96 toner cartridges. I was charged for them. when I look at my order, it states that it is still processing. I spoke with a rep who said HP keeps promising to send and have not received yet. I asked why am I being charged for something that has not been shipped yet. The rep was going to check with the accounting department and never heard back from them. I understand that the HP 96 has been discontinued and do not fault ValueTekno for this. Nor do I fault waiting because of what HP is saying. The rep called me back and had a few alternatives for me. He was able to answer all my questions and was very kind and courteous. This is the way business should be!”

As stated in other reviews, there is sometimes some miscommunication that occurs, but Eric was extremely helpful in resolving any issue I had so their Customer Service is wonderful.
