“ValueTekno gave me a reduced price and free shipping of an HP toner cartridge -- it arrived about a week after I placed my order. I have not opened the factory-sealed box because the printer's present cartridge still has about 10% of its toner remaining.
However, the date on the box is 20170215, over 5-1/2 years ago. At one website I found this statement: "HP toner cartridges can last up to two years in their sealed packaging." At another website I found this: "With toner cartridges, as long as they are kept dry and no moisture gets inside, they give good results long after their expiration date." So until I install this cartridge and see whether it works, I cannot give a definite opinion of ValueTekno's service. [Note: I tried to submit this review without choosing a star rating, but it wasn't accepted. So I chose 3 stars pending my final determination.]”

“Before I order on Thursday, December 30, I asked on the chat when I would receive my order. The reply was Saturday or Monday. A week later, I have not received notice of shipment with Saturday only two days away.
Perhaps ValueTecno does not send notices of shipment. If so, I suggest it do so.”
