“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A kind and efficient service from start to finish during a very difficult time. The quality of the flowers and eye for design and detail was beautiful given the short turnaround from the time of ordering. Thank you for going out of your way to deliver the flowers even though we aren’t in the area that you usually service. Thank you.”

“Quite pricey compared with florist I usually use which delivers free but flowers were beautiful and service very good and helpful. Would have given five stars if the arrangement had contained more country garden flowers which I ordered, though understandably it might be difficult to get full selection at the moment. I'd love to know the name of the big, pale pink roses, they were gorgeous? Thank you.”

Hello! There is a code on the top banner of our website for free delivery too, it updates seasonally but currently the code is "FREEDEL20" - please use it next time for local deliveries! The product you ordered was "Florist Choice Basket, Flower Colour:Pretty Pastels" but this means you're leaving the flower choice down to the florist. We do stock many spring flowers, next time please feel free to give us a ring with specific requests, we can usually help! Thank you for choosing us :)

“I ordered some flowers for my daughter in law. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up using the click and collect service the order had not been received by the Harrow branch. The very kind florist apologised and gave me buch of flowers which had already been made uo”

Thanks for your order Adam! I’ve just checked your order and it looks like you’ve ordered a “Florist choice hand-tied, colours: seasonal, chosen flowers: not selected” to the value £34.95. This means you’re leaving the choice of the flowers down to the florist - so this may explain why the florist thought it was best to give you a bouquet ready made at the time rather than make you wait for a new one as the specification matched what you had ordered. Apologies the florist hadn’t yet come across your order when you’d come to collect. It was ordered at 12.26pm for collection at 1pm, so this may be one of the reasons the florist wasn’t yet prepared at the time. I hope you were happy with the flowers the florist gave you when you came to pick up, and if not I’m sure she would have accommodated any changes if you’d liked! We don’t want any customers to pay us and leave with something they’re not happy with - especially not when they’re collecting and we can accommodate changes straight away. I hope you’ll give us another go, and if orders are at short notice and you’re rushing please do give us a call and we’ll be able to assist you. Thank you - Harrow team

“Booking the flowers with Van Arthur online was quick and easy, their range was very good. When one particular flower was not in stock they phoned me to let me know, and to agree an alternative. The delivery arrived on time and had the desired impact. I was very happy with the service. Ciarán. Dublin.”
