“I ordered a GeekVape Legend and a Horizon Falcon 2. They gave me a tracking number which I put into the aftership.com website as a 4px code. Then I watched my package make its way here from Hong Kong. Everything arrived after 16 days or so and I was able to check its progress every step of the way. I was pleased so I ordered again, a GeekVape Aegis X and Horizon Falcon 2 tank plus replacement coils. Again, I was given a tracking number which I used to watch it make its way to me. When I didn't get a tracking number for a shipment that was split into two parts I jumped on the online chat during Hong Kong hours (duh) and they gave me one immediately.”

“I gave it a one star because I had too otherwise I would give it negative stars This company SUCKS ordered a mod for my boyfriend and 1 month and a half later we received it. Kept contacting them and all they would say is product has been shipped and can't be canceled. SCREW YOU VAPESOURCING YOU GUYS ALL SUCK!!!”

“I have ordered a Geek Vape Zeus x Mesh from vapesourcing on the 26/05 on the 02/06 it was marked as dispatched, I have tracked the package on 17track.net, aftership.com and the 4px websites and all of them say that the parcel does not exist. I'm starting to think that they haven't sent it yet. This was my first and needless to say last purchase I will ever make from them, especially after reading all the bad reviews about them. I have web chatted with them and they say that the parcel company has picked it up on the 2/06 it will take time to be updated, looks like I will have to get paypal on the case. I will update if neccessary.”

“This place flat out sucks. Ordered two mods and some coils. Six weeks later, I get one of the mods. It’s obviously counterfeit, and lasts two days. Other mod and coils tracking says not received at facility yet. Filed paypal dispute. It’s a scam.”

“Absolutely Awful They're cheap for a reason, 2 weeks shipping my a**. They advertised the item would be at my door in one to two weeks, for a 20 dollar price drop I thought it would be worth it. They accepted payment imminently and did not ship for over a week, I tried to contact them and nothing. I got so done with their sh*t I bought a mod from a local store and cancelled my order online. They refused to cancel my order and shipped it an hour after I told paypal to cancel. So now I have to try to return the mod I just bought and now wait another two to three weeks just to get the same thing? Scammy company with shady tactics, they can go f*ck themselves.”

“Poor customer service order # 100301662 $134.20 order placed on April 20, 2020 Email them for shipping info Receive a incomplete tracking code which tells me nothing, contact them over and over and o ear for info regarding my purchases and shipping, same fake shippping code, but shows from DHL E COMMERCE proceed to finally get in contact with DHL E COMMERCE who kindly explain to me that vape source did create a shipping label 8 days after I purchased, but because they never completed the label no package was picked up for shipping or dropped of to be shipped. Fraud. Scam. THEIVES”

“I put an order in with this company two weeks prior finally got ahold of somebody and then they tell me what I ordered was no longer in stock when it was in stock when I ordered it a simple email would have been sufficient they have zero customer service skills I will never order from this website again”

“I have been waiting on mask that were supposed to have a shipping time of 7-10 business days! I received a email on 4-8-2020! That package was sent I still have not received it! Made the purchase on 3-31-2020! I will never order from this company again! I wish I would have seen reviews!”

“PLEASE READ. BEWARE. If you’re looking to by a cheap mod and THINK it’s a good idea to use this website (vapesourcing.com link here: https://vapesourcing.com/sales/order/view/order_id/236193 )you’re wrong. Excellent prices... one thing... No service. No feedback. No one cares. Good luck getting your order. Yes this product was in stock, I took several pictures of my experience so far as proof. My experience has ordering on 04/06/2020 20:33:02. That was on Monday, 5 days ago. My PAYMENT was of course processed and accepted about a day and a half after the order was placed. Then I was “processing”. I’ve been processing for just over 3 days now. That said, I ordered my 18650 batteries from the Wish app (link: https://www.wish.com/) and Vape juice ElementVape (link here: https://www.elementvape.com/ ) Excellent service from both, looks like they arrive today. That’s on top of delays because of current event. That said I emailed all of them about the potential eta’s after I ordered. I got a speedy response from both, but NOTHING from vapesourcing. I sent what at this point has added up to several emails, just asking for an update, to letting them know I’ll be warming others last night, and nothing. I want my money back. I will at this point wait for any kind of feedback, 1 day. Then I’ll file a dispute for my money. By one day I mean, just any feedback lol, that’s all, I want to see any sign of life or activity (besides taking my money). I MIGHT even take this down. At the same time... people need to no. I’d feel like a sellout. My order # is (# 100295443). As of now.... NO! I’m disappointed as hell, I even offered for my friend to pick it up (he was born and lives in Hong Kong). Nothing.... not a word. I guess I can’t say much right? What did I expect.... No honor here.”

“I should have read the reviews before buying with them. I ordered a SMOK novo pod over a month ago. My order is still marked as pending. Shipping was supposed to be 7-10 days. I have emailed, called, used messenger, even Skype. No reply. I’m fed up with it and I am in the process of having PayPal reimburse me.”

“I ordered 2 products from this website. I ordered on Feb 24th. My order is still in "processing" as of 3/9/20. I have reached out to vaporsourcing via email and via their messenger over the last week. No reply. I have canceled my order but don't know if my cancellation went through, as Vapesourcing sent no confirmation. I will never, never order from this website again. Buyer beware.”

“Really guys. The majority of these bad reviews could've been avoided, if you only took the time to respond to people.. I understand that the virus has messed things up over there, but these bad reviews could've been avoided by a simple email or Facebook post, explaining that items can't be shipped due to government restrictions. Instead you have chose to send daily emails selling your products still, no notification on there being delays due to the virus. Just taking new orders making your situation even worse. I'm sure you have a massive backlog now as you won't have been getting new stock, yet still can't ship what you have. Sadly you've probably lost many returning customers when I'm sure the majority would've understood the situation had you explained. This is highly unprofessional on your behalf, not the way to run a business and certainly not the way to keep returning customers.”

“theu haven't a customer serverce, i'have place an order on 14/01 then i try to contact them to change the order, i try to contact them by mail, by the contact site, by the product page, by facebook, by skype and i never have a responce”
