“Update your web site with correct information about dark blue curtains and saying that the rails are made to fit a T6 as they are not.”

“Ordered some cab dividers and only one curtain came in the box. A few minor niggles but they sorted it out and sent me two new curtains free of change. Very happy with customer service.”

“Ordered my uprated vogtland shocks by phone and got great help over the phone . Received them within a few days 👍🏻 ,The price I payed was only a few pound more than the local parts place was going to charge me for cheap basic shocks 😡. I couldn’t fit them till the next week due to (man flu) haha . Fitted them yesterday so not had the chance to test them yet as I only went to the shops and back 400m away . Defo be ordering more stuff . Thanks Veedub Transporters👍🏻👍🏻”

“Used DPD where the drive signed for my parcel but didn’t deliver it, they said the driver was upset as he claimed he delivered it, it turned up with another DPD driver some 4 days later, no follow up from veedubtransporters, and then when I open it the mirror covers had blemishes in the carbon print, I guess you get what you pay for.... will shop elsewhere me thinks. Other than that VDT have been pretty good for other purchases.”

Hi Daniel, We are sorry to hear that you felt it necessary to leave us a negative review. We have been in touch with DPD regarding your delivery but are still unsure exactly what happened. The information we have from them is that the driver attempted to deliver your parcel and although he could hear noises inside, the door was left unanswered. We were informed that the driver had left the parcel in a safe place, if this wasn’t the case, please accept our utmost apologies on behalf of DPD. In regards to the blemishes on the carbon print, I have taken a look on our support system and am not able to find any contact from yourself. If you had contacted our support team via email on support@veedubtransporters.co.uk, we would have taken a look into this for you. Kind regards, Vee Dub Transporters.

“Purchased some T4 seat covers, to cover my old tatty seats..... WOW what a transformation, absolutely chuffed to bits with them, it took most of the easter weekend to fit [in between rainfall, and other stuff] but well worth it. I took the seats out, and also took the armrests apart, and cut a hole in the armrest covers, so I can still use the armrest adjusters. These covers are fantastic, and would recommend to anyone.”
