Sharp practice when returning item left me feeling ripped off. Curtains set purchased - barn door curtains are of poor fitment, blackout cab dividers don't cover the whole cab area so aren't actually blackout ( couple of inches short of the floor so light comes in the area it is meant to black out!! Returned the set of curtains purchased, only got refund for the barn door set and the cab divider I complained about. Despite returning the full set as purchased they deny expecting or receiving the full set. They have received the return parcel as they have refunded for part of it so they must have received the rest of the return!! Who would want to keep part of a set of curtains that don't match? Purchased as a set, returned as a set, £86 + postage out of pocket - be warned.

Video of fitting was useful. I thought it needed more detail. I realise it’s fairly obvious but the clips have a notch which (I hope!) goes away from the deflector and it’s obviously important to remove the double sided tape masks. The deflectors are really good: they cut down the noise of an open window and they do generate a flow in the cab. Excellent!

Not very happy with this product at all . Was all fitted come to close the doors on the van and it's catching the ridges are to high and taking the paint off . So yesterday I took it to the body and asked if can adjust the doors and they did still catching on one of the ridges . And put the doors out of line so more money wasted . The body shop said the ridges are to high. So now I got to pull it of and waste more money on a other one

Due to an error made by self in ordering the wrong parts I was guided through the return process by admin no problem . I have now received the correct parts and fitted them and Iam more than happy with the fantastic way I was helped and guided by the experts. Thanks very much for your help and Fantastic after sales support . Ps …van feels like new !

Brought a set of roof rails and bars for my T4. Once they arrived they didn't fit well at all. I emailed and was told about them being faulty. Then sent me the address to return back, which I had to pay for. Then refunded for the bars and rails but not a full refund and didn't refund the shipping. I'm now over £40 out of pocket and no roof rails or bars.

Will never use again. All in stock took over a week to arrive. Left on a Wednesday marked Next Day, Delivery promised by carrier twice Thursday, Friday, told on Saturday can delivery what we ain't got" by carrier! Then told after 3 days hadn't left Leicester! You can't get Customer Service, allways closed, Logistics never answer. Evan sales couldn't get on a Friday. Did get someone on messenger on the Friday, never heard from them again. Nice adds on Facebook, very poor service and delivery. First and last time using them. Oh yes, over delivered, advised, never got a reply!! Now keep getting plagued to leave feedback. Get a grip Vee Dub, don't ask for feedback that you ignore!!

The £20 two day delivery cost through DHL to Scotland does not live up to the promise. Expect 7+ days

Hello, We have looked into your order and can see that this was placed on the 18th after our 2pm cut off point. This will have been processed on the 19th due to this and we advise a 2 working day delivery service however this is an approximation as stated in our terms and conditions; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Two week later I still haven’t received my items. I have been misled regarding postage and delays have been blamed on Royal Mail when this is not the case.

Our logistics team have liaised with you in regards to this issue. Unfortunately we have to wait a certain time frame with Royal Mail before an item is deemed as lost. I can't give a score as still waiting 4 my parcel .it been 10 days since I placed my order. I think royal mail to blame.

Just received the Auto light switch for my T5.1 took a few minutes to fit and was so easy, much better design having the light sensor on the switch rather than running a cable up onto the dash like others do. Product came quickly and vee dub answered a few questions I had really quickly. Great service.

I ordered T6 spoiler splitter in gloss black. When it was delivered it was obvious that the item was damaged. I was not in to receive the item, other wise I would have rejected it straight away. I sent an email with photos showing some of the damage through the packaging. It looked as if the item had been thrown hard across a concrete floor...damaging the plastic covering and badly gouging the plastic finish. I assume whilst in the care of their courier. After a couple of emails too and fro, we agreed that a replacement would be sent out asap via their own transport van. A date was set for over a week later (Thursday). I booked a day off work to ensure I would be in. On the day before I received another email saying that they had issues with 2 vans and the delivery would be Friday instead. I explained that I had had to book a day off work and I was not happy with the plans changing at the last minute but I would try to swap my holiday. My manager refused, so I had no option but to ask that they provide a full refund and collect the item that I would leave in a safe place for collection. Not once did they offer any form of compensation. I am very disappointed by the courier they use and the service they provided. I'm still waiting on the full refund. It would be good to hear back after they have received the returned splitter and to say that they also find the damage unacceptable, but I somehow doubt it! In my eyes, the item is not packaged sufficiently. If it had been wrapped in cardboard then perhaps the damage would not have happened...I'm assuming that the damage occurred after leaving their warehouse?

Seat covers are brilliant, not too bad to fit and look great. Really please. Cab curtain not fitted yet but looks good. Only thing for me would be that shipping is expensive At £12 and was pulled off the van floor covered in dust. I’m all for no packaging but maybe a bit more care needed?! And for an order around £200 you’d kind of expect free shipping. But would still use again for sure, small gripes really.
