I want to love this company, they sell great stuff and good prices. However what let me down was the fact I order something Tuesday afternoon about 4pm and they don’t dispatch it from the warehouse until Friday afternoon. I needed the part quickly due to possibly water ingress if I didn’t get it. There website said a two day delivery.

I ordered a rear van spoiler and some bonding adhesive. The rear spoiler looks great but half of the tube of bonding adhesive had gone off and as such was very difficult to squeeze out of the tube. Luckily the end part was fine and I was able to attach the spoiler. They need to check their tubes of bonding adhesive.

Great product, fitted a treat arrived in a timely manner and comms were perfect, However, since receiving my receipt that I had to give my email address for, I have been inundated with advertising emails from you, I didn’t realise by giving my email address (which was required) gave you the right to send a barrage of advertisement emails to me, and I wasn’t given the option to opt out of advertisements, nor do I have the option to unsubscribe from you’re email list, Please take me off you’re email list or I’ll have no other course than to block you’re email address and simply find another supplier! Thanks

Side window curtains for a T6.1 and overall the quality was pretty poor. The rails weren’t bent to fit the windows properly, which surprises me seeing as they’re a standard size. The push on clips that go onto the end of the rails were completely useless, I had to file them down so they would fit, then super glue them in to stay. The curtains themselves are brilliant and fit perfectly, also 100% blackout even in the daytime! Sadly the poor quality rails reflect my overall score.

My order for a T5.1 consisted of a painted front spoiler and splitter, a set of front/ rear mudflaps and LED number plate lights. The front spoiler did not fit true around the OEM bumper, the fog light insert would not fit back into the spoiler as the moulded lugs were too big. The rear number plate lights seem to be of poor quality as they do not fit easily and one broke in that attempt. The mudflaps were missing the fixings. In all my frustration of the above VeeDub did make efforts to resolve this by replacing the number plate lights, sending out the missing fixings and sent out a replacement set of the fog light inserts.

Curtains good quality, good delivery, the track is poor. It doesn’t bend to shape easily. The pre drilled wholes make the curtains snag. The worst part is the end caps don’t fit. Shame as curtains are nice

The front spoiler and splitter for my VW T6 arrived within two days. With excitement, I de-boxed and prepared to fit only to find that the fog light covers were for a T5 and not suitable. I've "borrowed" the correct items from a local van builder, and sent the incorrect ones back to Vee Dub. The fitted spoiler and splitter look great on the van and really finish off the lines. Now awaiting the replacement parts.

Purchase two items. 1. Wind deflectors. Acceptable price. The link to a fitting video was useless as the video was for a different product. A simple instruction sheet would have been more use. Which way should the grip point on the clips? Where should the clips be fitted? Should the red tape be removed or left on? Probably obvious to the company but not to the customer. 2. Carbon door handle covers. Look great but the moulding connectors had not been smoothed down. This meant the fitted tape was not flat and the handles were not holding firmly on the door. I had to remove all the tape and cut off the protrusions. Not a big job but it cost me £7.99 to buy a small roll of replacement 3m tape on Amazon. UPDATR Subsequent to this Review Vee Dubs Customer Services were pro-active and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Service and advice great but curtain rails not a great fit for an 6.1 and screws too small for a 2.5mm drill (suggest you tell folks to use 2.0mm) also end caps poor fit. Other than that all good!

Good product but not had time to fit. Online ordering only lets you know the shipping cost at the end of the transaction. I paid for Fed Ex delivery only for them to miss the promised delivery day. No offer of compensation for the delay.

Ordered an item from a competitor at exactly the same time. Their carriage was half the price of yours and turned up next day with an hour window delivery time. Where as your delivery was 3 working days and turned up unannounced, not impressed I’m afraid

Products are very good .......... bit unfirthis time has been some issues with bits ordered. Delays etc . But spoke with custservices and hopefully all sorted . It won't deter me from ordering again .

Told delivery was to be made Fri - only 2 windows out of 8 things ordered arrived. Rang and told would arrive next day. Didn't. Emails are very slow to be answered, sometimes days. Wind deflectors don't appear to fit - still waiting on support to contact me to advise (T6.1)

So we purchased a full set of 5 curtains for our T5 van but only 4 of the curtains turned up in the delivery . Although the 5th curtain was dispatched promptly it didn’t arrive in time for the start of our road trip, not a major problem but annoying none the less . The tailgate kit should be provided with a fitting guide as it wasn’t a simple job to fit around the rear wiper motor cover. The end caps for the rails were wrong , I had majority left hand and not enough right handed so had to cut and adapt them to fit. Having said this , the quality of the items are excellent and they look great . Dave

The flooring I ordered I couldn’t fault it was a great product. Exactly what was advertised. Unfortunately the courier they use isn’t very good failed to deliver even though people where in the house, no card left nothing,then got a phone call saying they would be back round same day to deliver it. They didn’t turn up and close at 18:00 so you can’t ring them. This was a Friday and when I did get in touch with them on Saturday, they don’t do deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday.

I was disappointed with colour of seat covers as black not grey as appears on website!! Eventually customer service came up with full return for us and did their best to resolve the problem. So can only give score as 3 as the stealth and Aztec covers still appear as silver or grey on web.

Quick service and reply relevant to my queries about the product and the fitting although the after-sales replies gave me the feeling of a valueless customer. The attitude of they do fit and it's a marketing error why parts of the kit are different from the Web photos came across as it's solely my fault, I feel it's a shame as the parts I have bought from them have been good quality.
