“Used company previously, downside this time was from the shipping department. How they thought the scraps of polystyrene would protect the bumper is beyond me, van is currently in the garage so not been able to test fit yet.”

“Not sure what to place. I order a mirrow 8 days ago, I haven't received it yet. However, I have recevied two reminders to write down a comment. So, my comment is, you need to align the delivery notification, or estimated time of arrival, with the automatism you have for requesting feedback. For me, it didn't work”

“The lights look great but the website is misleading when it says they are simply plug and play as I found out when the DRL didn’t work. It was only when I emailed customer services that I found out you need to make sure your vehicle is set up for DRL’s, by this time I had put all the front end back together”

“Don’t normally have a problem with you guys but I had a problem with my order and emailed twice about getting a replacement part as the item you send broke within a week but still not heard anything back.”

“Sewing needing was missing from the packet, suggest either taping the needle to box on inside or a complete wrap... The gear lever gaiter is ok but lacks the same number of clips as the original VW version so doesn't feel as secure as the OEM part otherwise its ok for the money charged...”

“I have loved browsing and buying from Vee dub tand everything i have received has been fine. Absolutely no issues on that front whatsoever. Its 10.31am as I type this and i have already had 4 emails across two different email addresses asking for feedback. The constant emails and marketing has not been something I have enjoyed and found it to be relentless which is a shame”

“Hi..have to say a little disappointed on the whole being that this was my first order with you...I placed my order on Thursday/Friday off work in the hope that they would arrive and at least get one fitted...they turned up today (Wednesday)..along with a blind and u channel also ordered but... missing one vital thing!..the fitting kit for 2windows..also ordered.. sorry, but so far the experience could have been better”

Hello, I have looked into this and can see you had contacted ourselves yesterday evening regarding the missing bonding kit. “I want to love this company, they sell great stuff and good prices. However what let me down was the fact I order something Tuesday afternoon about 4pm and they don’t dispatch it from the warehouse until Friday afternoon. I needed the part quickly due to possibly water ingress if I didn’t get it. There website said a two day delivery.”

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see you had ordered on the tuesday after the long bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately do to the busy period of the bank holiday there was a slight delay in our warehouse and with our couriers. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. VeeDub.
