Good afternoon David, Royal Mail is one of our main couriers, we are expecting that a significant amount of deliveries will be affected by their industrial action, unfortunately this is out of our control. We are unable to process your order through their system any quicker. Their Strike Dates at the end of last month were 24/11 / 25/11 / 30/11 / 1/12, they also have future strike dates of 9/12 / 11/12 / 14/12 / 15/12 / 23/12. We anticipate that this will impact our customers orders/ tracking detail(s) for a number of weeks. Whilst some of our customer have received their goods on time or with a lesser delay, a small number of our customers have experienced more lengthy delays. We ask for your patience and understanding while Royal Mail work hard during their strikes to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. VW T4 full curtain kit; Excellent product at a fair price. Communication issue, I requested to collect item as I'd be passing the depot the day after I ordered however I received 4 emails stating that DHL had my parcel and supplied me with a tracking number so I left it as I didn't want a wasted journey, left it a few days then gave them a call to see what was going on and after a few minutes they informed me that the person picking the order hadn't read it correctly so when they realised this they cancelled my delivery but failed to let me know. So had to make a 2 hour round trip from home rather than the 30 minute detour off the M1. Not what you want on a Friday in a 2.4 T4 !!!

Products are fine but very pricey and postage on top makes it a very dear option plus can’t track postage so would advise searching around for better options

To be fair most of the products are pretty good quality. My most recent purchases were a genuine VW tray for the back of the seat and an infill logo for my back door badge. No complaints about the quality of the former but the infill logo is way over priced as was the £3.99 postage to put it in an envelope and send it. They insist on using the Post Office to send things. The tray took a week and a half to arrive and the logo a week, both of which were sent 48 Tracked (Joke)

We have taken a look at your order and can see that you placed your order for your rear badge inlay on the Friday after our cut off point, your order was processed and shipped out on the Monday via Royal Mail 48 Tracked in a hard back envelope, we use these envelopes for certain products just as we use different couriers for different products as the smaller items can get lost with the other couriers. With regards to the delay on your order for the table, again unfortunately due to Royal Mail, we can see that you were refunded your delivery charge of £11.99 Unfortunately we are in the hands of the couriers and the delay in you receiving your orders was due to Royal Mail. Although seat covers were great quality drivers seat perfict fit passenger twin seat however won't fit around seatbeltbar on top of seat

Hi there, I don't usually do reviews, but sadly, I felt the urge to leave some feedback in the hope others will receive a better service. I spent a hell of a lot with Vee Dub but felt let down as items arrived damaged, which I will say, they replaced without issue. But items arrived with no instructions, some with missing parts (Screws/bolts) and the rear spoiler with the wrong instructions. When I queried this, I got told a completely different way to attach it, which seemed unassuring. I feel that Vee Dub could really perform better if they completed mini videos on far more of the products they sell. I suspect you would get much more custom this way. It left me having to improvise and watch countless video's online to find the right way for the right product.

Hello, We are sorry to hear this feedback from you as we do pride ourselves on great customer service. Apologies for the confusion with the fitting instructions for your rear spoiler, we can see that you were advised by our customer services team that the preferred method to fix the spoiler is to simply bond the product onto the van as this method does not involve drilling holes into the doors of the vehicle which could possibly lead to issues in the future. The best way to fit using bond is to simply dry fit the spoiler and using a chalk pen mark where the spoiler fits best. Once this has been done you will need to prep the area that is to be bonded on the spoiler and metalwork, The next step is to apply the bond to the spoiler and clamp into place. Hope this helps. Please note that when bonding the spoiler please do not use any other parts provided if there are any. With regards to fitting videos, we are constantly working on these to guide our customers but as you can appreciate we do have a lot of products and these take time to complete, however we take on board your comments. Delivery is costly, returns need approval and take a while to get refunded. Overall shopping here is just an average experience, but certainly nothing special!

Good afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback. We have up to 14 days to process a refund, however, we always aim to process them earlier. You requested a returns number from us on the 21st of July and this was sent to you via email on the 22nd of July, we then received your goods back to us on the 25th of July and you were asked what you would like, replacement goods, credit or a refund. We received a reply from you on the 28th of July asking for a refund which was processed for you on the same day. We are sorry that you feel this way and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Bought seat covers for my 02 T4. They do not fit a late T4 without considerable work and effort. Customer Service not helpful just said "they fit like a T5" they do not. I would suggest the technical department try to fit a set. Quality very good!

Purchased various items from Vee Dub Transporters over the past few years. Generally pleased with the products I have bought. However the last item ( door sill decals ) were a complete waste of money. Poor quality which ended up in the bin.

Brought 2 side windows for my t4, I think it would be a good idea to put fitting instructions and or a template, not having done anything like this before it wasn't as straightforward as I thought, I've managed to cut one out yesterday, not fitted it yet, sealer was really hard to get of the tube, so much so more came out the back than the nose, I will be ordering some inner knock on trim when I've fitted them both,apart from that the service and product was good,
