Dissapointing follow up customer care. The ordering and delivery process was great. The actual bumper protector itself was as described, however the protective strip couldn't be removed without puling the adhesive element off aswell. (IYKYK). So we contacted customer care for advice and, in summary, they basically said we had damaged it and offered a replacement roll of tape at a cost to us!! It categorically was not a fault of ours but now they are not reposnding to our emails.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering process, delivery, and the bumper protector itself. However, we’re sorry that you experienced difficulties during installation. After carefully reviewing the images provided and the details shared in our email correspondence, the damage visible to the adhesive strip is not consistent with a manufacturing fault. The markings and separation shown indicate that the tape has been damaged by an external factor, which can prevent the backing layer from being removed as intended. When applied and handled as designed, starting from the ends of the strip, the backing will peel away cleanly. Our intention throughout was to offer a practical solution to help you complete the installation. The replacement tape we offered was suggested on this basis, rather than to cause any inconvenience. We always aim to be fair, and while we understand you may disagree with our conclusion, we remain confident in our findings based on the evidence available. My first order would be 5 star faultless. My second order 10 days later still hasn't arrived. I've had no tracking, I've emailed as I'm unable to contact in office hours via phone due to work.

T6.1 Front Mudflaps not suitable without some slight adaption. No Issues with service, but the Mudflaps are sold as T6.1 compatible (Packaged as T5), however, the plastic bungs for the outer screws don't fit and will not hold. Fortunately, I have some different fixings which work. I also had to remove part of the top outer edge to fit the profile of the body and allow the Mudflap to seat correctly. Buy cheap be ready to modify:-)

Having fitted the wind deflectors. Although they look great my drivers window refuses to go up automatically. I have removed and refitted them but no joy. I feel that the drivers side is too tight in the window and fear damage may occur. No amount of window resets solves the issue. I will need to remove them as not fit for intended purpose.

I bought the stealth Off side flap and apparently instructions on the qr code and that was to fit but nothing on how to set up the hinge on the backplate and took be at least 10 times before I worked it out myself. Please either prefit them or make a video on how they go together

Unsure how this works out, I orders new side windows for my t6.1 which came with the fitting kits. Ordered another side window but I didn’t include the fitting kit, can’t fit it without it ?? And £8.40 for Vw badge inlay sticker ????

Have had a good experience until now. Ordered 2 x storage nets. Unfortunately the elastic is too tight across the top so sides are not perpendicular. If you try make it so the plastic deforms. Not everyone's problem I know but I want attention to detail so they won't be going in my van.

After ordering a second set of side decals I found the second set to be creased up and folded which made it very hard to fit (pic compares first and second set ordered after i tried to flattern it out already). I rear bumper protector was also brought and fitted as per video but the raised parts catch and scrape on the bottom of the door when closing causing it to be scratched as seen on photo.

Hello, We do apologise in the delay of you receiving your order. I have looked into this and can see this was shipped by ourselves on the 7th of March, as you had place your order just after our cut off point on the 6th. Unfortunately it looks as though there has been a delay at Royal Mail however this is now showing as out for delivery today. Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into your support ticket and can see you had ordered the incorrect mudflaps for your van. We do have these listed on our website as suitable for either the twin door model or tailgate model, written in both the title of the product and the description. As these were ordered incorrectly by yourself unfortunately you are responsible for the return of the goods. I purchased some seat cover for my transporter van 6.1 After an initial search Vee Dub came up and I looked through their choices and ordered a set. The quality of the goods is very good. My main issue is they are really only for camper vans. It was only on the day of delivery that they sent out a useful video of how to fit and I realised that with the bulk head of the van it was impossible to fit correctly. I contacted and asked if I could return......'yes, but you must pay the carriage' If I had been sent the video just after ordering I would have been able to cancel. As it is, we had to remove the bulk head to fit them and this was a lot of hassle. Just a word up to others using for van not camper

I can confirm our seat covers can be fitted to vans with bulkheads, if this is the case then we recommend removing the seats from the van to put the seat covers on as this is far easier than removing a bulkhead. I can also confirm our fitting video is available to view on our website at all times, meaning the fitting process can be seen before purchasing. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Sadly item still has not arrived. Order was placed a week ago and bill of sale said delivery in 2 working days. Need items for MOT which I had to cancel. Great website and items but need to offer next day delivery really. Can’t fell the rest in as items have not arrived !

Was waiting for over 6 weeks to order components, received email to confirm it was in stock orders same day received item within a week to be sent wrong colour, contacted yourselves again to report then had to wait a few more days for replacement and to send back the item, received replacement item with no fixing’s supposed to get a free item with order has never arrived, still can’t fix my item to the van now probably waiting another few days to attach very frustrated customer.

Hello, We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. I have looked into this and can see you had contacted us on Monday 5th January regarding the colour issue. Our team then asked you to send across some images to allow us to look into this further. These images were sent by yourself over the weekend and our team picked these up on Monday 8th January. From your support ticket I can see that the incorrect spoiler was put in the box that should have had your coloured spoiler in, we do apologise for this. Our team then arranged for a swap over/ replacement to be with yourself for Wednesday 10th January. I can confirm we do tape our fixings to the bubble wrap inside the box but I can see you have replied today stating you have not received these. Hi. Not very happy. Bought some side rails. Didn’t like the look of them so returned them. I was charged £54.00. My advise would be to find someone with free returns.
