Items purchased were expensive. On reading their website I mistakenly believed their statements that prices were competitive. A day later I discovered they were not, upon complaining the only option offered by them was to return the items. The cost and inconvenience was not acceptable to me. I spent £335 with them and discovered identical items from a similar supplier would have saved me £75 ! Needless to say I will not be promoting or purchasing from them again.

Hi Richard, sorry you were not happy with our prices although you did clarify you were more than happy with the goods purchase. We explained that our prices are competitive for the quality of product offered and know the quality of what we sell is second to none, there are always cheaper options such as the products you referred us to on eBay but we are pretty sure the quality would not be close to what we offer, by buying from us you not only get tried, tested and proven quality products you get a professional service both before and after purchase and also warranties on all products. I hope you give us a try again and thank you for your business.

I ordered a blue/black checked bonnet bra. Delivery was quick and packaging good,however when i opened it i was shocked at the really poor quality of the product . Best I can describe it was Tat. Really thin material not squares sewn together but one piece which look like printed plastic. Returns was a lengthy process having to jump through hoops to get it done. Well thats £5 out of pocket for me lesson learnt I wont be using Veedub again.

Hi Martin, Sorry you weren't satisfied with your bonnet bra the pattern is indeed printed not embroidered but the product certainly isn't "tat" and we sell literally hundreds of these bonnet bras with great reviews, sorry you weren't similarly happy with the product. In terms of customer services our process is very quick and simple, fill in a return form, send the item back with the return number provided to you and once received and inspected we refund straight away. Whilst the items ordered where ok and did what they needed to do I was mainly disappointed by the delivery as it took a week to arrive and when it did I had to collect from post office as they hadn't paid enough postage to send it as the post office had said they had tried to re use a used stamp !! That cost ME money and time .

Hi Stephen, Sorry your item took so long to arrive and you had to pay postage, we send out dozens of key fobs every week and they normally take 2-4 days to arrive as per our delivery terms on our website for this type of item. We also NEVER re-use stamps and the postage we put onto these items more than covers the postage costs so this must be an error at the post office, however get in touch with support@veedubtransporters.co.uk and we will reimburse any postage costs you may have been charged in error. There is a product is of low quality. In the shipment has arrived broken because the bad came wrapped by the delicate piece was mounted with the bars to be so delicate had to come dismantled and packaged paper bubble.

My 6 windows arrived with no packaging I usually receive my order boxed with expanding foam separating glass also no packaging on glue and window trim .absolutely no protection on some of the window edges.Also free gift, where?.As a regular customer can you tell me is this the new packaging delivery policy, Patrick Organ

Hi Patrick, For UK mainland deliveries we try to ship glass on our own vans and ship without packaging as it comes straight off of our vans and by using our vans we offer a more efficient service and timed deliveries. I did notice you had your latest order shipped to a UK address and your billing address is in Ireland so maybe you had the goods forwarded on. Tried to make a return but it is virtually impossible as you need a return number which they do not send you, after being requested online twice. So you phone and it still is not sent. Then you phone again. They promise to call you back then do not. Then you give up!!!

Hi Paul, Sorry for the inconvenience you have suffered! we actually had a bug with our returns form and email server blocking certain free email accounts (e.g. hotmail) for a few days late in August therefore your return form didn't reach our customer services team. I can only apologise for this, this issue is now fixed and if you call customer services on 0800 292 2005 we will get your return processed without further delay. We process many customer returns and usually have a robust system for dealing with them but as with all technology sometimes things don't work as they should, please accept our apologies and if we can help with anything else let us know. Bought some side bars for my T5 and paid for next day delivery (the only delivery options). They arrived 3 days later with no fitting instructions (the online video didn't explain where the different pieces went) and when I phoned up it turned out lots of pieces were missing. I was told the missing bits would be sent next day delivery. Again, they didn't turn up next day and in the end it took 9 days from ordering until finally getting qeverything. Was offered a £20 gift voucher but I wasn't impressed and won't be ordering from this company again.

The bumper guard is as ordered but the fact I paid for the item to be delivered by courier on 2-4day delivery and it eventually took 12days to arrive after I had to call to ask for it where abouts isnt really acceptable.

Hi Darren, Apologies it took 12 days to receive your order, the reason for this was when placing your order online it timed out at the payment stage and was then re-processed a short time later by yourself, for some reason this caused our payment gateway not to tell our system your order was successful therefore it was marked as a cancelled order, when you rang we located the issue and shipped on a next day service for you but unfortunately our systems weren't aware at the time you had paid for the item because it timed out, sorry for this inconvenience and based on the issue that arose with your order we have had our systems re-coded so this error never happens again. I've ordered twice from VeeDub Transporters with zero success. Inaccurate information given on the website caused me to order the wrong product. Despite the description stating that the product is suitable for all vans 1990-2003, I found they wouldn't fit a factory standard van, luckily I can make use of them elsewhere. Previously I'd ordered other goods which were poor quality/fitment and defected so had to be returned. Customer service is fine, I've had no hassle returning the goods for refund, I just wish I could get something from them that I can actually use!

The wrong parts were sent out in the first place, another part was broken. I had to chase the customer services to get it replaced. The new part arrived damaged and it was poorly made, they didn't go together correctly. I returned my order and asked for a refund. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I Recently bought some roof bars for my T5 short wheelbase. I found them to be of very poor quality where the holes in the plastic brackets didn't line up with the holes in the roof of the T5. The profile of these brackets also did not match the profile of the roof bar sections they fitted too. I found the whole process quite laborious and am not happy with the end product. These bars are definitely not something I would purchase again. Sorry!

I have given this a poor rating as I couldn't spit further. Overall the service was Normal/Good but the product itself was Very Poor, especially given the quality/cost ratio. So Poor is in the middle. Sadly, I have had this product fitted to my 11 plate T5 at the time I purchased and cannot now replace it easily. Its now the only accessory on my VW that looks shabby on what is an immaculate vehicle. If this is a measure of underlying quality in VeeDub's range of products, I won't be using them again.

Hi Norman, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a 2 star ‘poor’ rating for your order you placed in August 2015. The item you purchased is one of our most popular items (rear bumper protector) and the quality is exceptional, we have them fitted to 4 of our own vans and they look great, if you received an inferior/damaged product you should have notified us and we would have sent a replacement out to you but this is the first we have heard about this in 7 months. Not happy with the service I ordered the window kit and when I received the order all I had was the privacy glass,there was no prima,no adhesive,no cleaning products,and when I spoke to customer services they said they don't have no records,so just be aware

Hi Troy, We are disappointed you left a negative review! We have looked into your feedback and response is below: After a chat you had via our with one of our live chat team before you purchased where it was made clear to you window kits (primer etc) are only included for free as part of our opening window packages or full van packages, you were advised that you wouldn’t get free fitting kits with a fixed window/opening window combination (we have the live chat transcript which verifies this). Also, you say we didn't have any records and advise people to ‘be aware’ of our company yet we have a further chat transcript where you contacted us after receiving your order saying one of our team told you the windows WOULD come with fitting kits and accused us of talking ‘rubbish’ yet when we told you we had the transcript and they advised you correctly you just left the chat, the only reason it took us time to find your ‘records’ was because you gave us an incorrect date when you had the chat so we had to sift through our live chat records. We take all reviews seriously and always investigate negative reviews to see if we have not delivered our high level of customer satisfaction (and resolve it if necessary) but in this instance you have not given the correct facts and we have the evidence that you were advised correctly. Please ensure you tell the truth in your reviews as it is unfair on companies (including us) to be painted in a bad light through no fault of our own. ?Regards Vee Dub Transporters

The goods do leave us very well packed and in immaculate condition, therefore it seems that your parcel would have been treated badly by the courier.
