Unfortunately, VeeDub Transporters use(d) Royal Mail for delivery. At £10.99 it's a high price for delivery these days, but it was for a 48hr / Two business day tracked service. Sadly it took 7-8 business days, 11-12 total which is just not good enough for the price or service paid for. No issues with the website, customer service were excellent and super responsive & helpful, and the product arrived eventually exactly as advertised. It's just the choice of courier, and delivery charge for a service which I didn't receive in the end which affects the score given. As a comparison I'd ordered a similar sized/weighted parcel from Van Style, paid £6.99 for delivery, and received it 3 days after ordering - this all happened in the time it took RM to collect the parcel from Vee Dub Transporters let alone ship it up to Edinburgh. Unlikely to shop here again unless the delivery set-up changes.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was shipped with Royal Mail 48HR Tracked as a pre ship on Monday 6/3/23 for collection the following day from or warehouse. Although we ship out our goods with this service ,we rely on Royal Mail to follow it through and unfortunately on this occasion it has not happened for you. NOt had any problems before with this co. and always quick delivery but this vinyl seemed to be shown on the rear window of a converted van however now its here its too small.

To be honest these curtains were a nightmare to fit, the bottom rail went ok but the top was way out of shape, so much so I thought this was the wrong item, it was nearly 2” shorter than the bottom rail which I couldn’t see why, I spent ages trying to un straighten the over bent ends to get the top rail to look anywhere close to fitting , I nearly gave up as I still don’t think I received the correct part but after 2 hours I got it somewhere handy to fitting, Iam an engineer so know about speeds & feeds in drilling & drill bits but this product was so far out of actual fit this isn’t a DIY fit product for the average person, take no notice of the You tube video as the reality is not close, for the price Iam disappointed as it was so far out of tolerance. I was disappointed with my experience with Vee Dub. The order was delayed in processing and then again in delivery. I had an issue with the mirror bush I had bought and tried to contact customer services only to be told by sales that I had to email, there is no telephone support at all. I asked in my email for a call and left my number but instead, I got a 1 line email that completely missed the point of my question. Finally, the cost of the offside mirror lower (genuine VW part) was almost exactly double the cost of the same item from my local VW main dealer. I am not saying never to use them but definitely do your homework first and ask any questions you need answered before you buy.

The vouchers arrived very quickly in time for my son's birthday but unfortunately all the items he would have liked to exchange them for were out of stock so I'm not sure he will be able to use them.

Ordered curtains for my t4 top rail was bent and wasn't the right size 4inches to long had to cut down to match the bottom ordered black but got grey curtains and they are way to big definitely not the right size curtains to long and to wide disappointed as I'd ordered before had no problem

Twice I have contacted you reference an item I bought as it was wrong and asked if there was another that would fit , I got a reply from Megan who said she would pass my query on and another reply from a male ( can’t remember name) who asked a cpl of questions then nothing . Not very good customer service to be honest and I’ve wasted £65 pound . Your item descriptions need to be more clear as the dashboard kit I ordered for my T5 shows different pictures for the gloss black version and carbon fibre one .

Hi Nicholas, Apologies that your order was lost in transit. Unfortunately we are dependant on couriers and goods do become lost in transit. We can see that once you contacted us to enquire to where your order was on Friday the 9th of September we investigated this and once we established that your order was lost we replaced your order for you on Monday the 12th of September. The hood bra itself is good quality but unfortunately the length of string provided was way too short and wouldnt go through the last three loops let alone tie off and we followed the video onsite to make sure done in correct order. Also felt tight even after leaving in the sun prior to fitting.

I’m afraid I was very disappointed with the quality of the seal. Unfortunately I didn’t even check it before I had it fitted. I assumed it would be the same as the original one. It’s very flimsy hardly any thicker than balloon thickness. The original is a solid rubber seal.

Initially I ordered a couple of seat covers and paid for them, only to hear that they were on their way to me and another email telling me that they were out of stock so what was on the way I don't know. I contacted the office and eventually ordered a different pair of seat covers which cost more and when they eventually arrived they did not have the securing clips in the package. When I re contacted the office they wanted me to take and send photos of my delivery which made me think they do not believe me when all along it was their failure to make sure that the package was complete. I am not happy with this company after being let down by my order and totally frustrated by the response that they would not take my word for it when saying that the clips were missing. I ordered T6 spoiler splitter in gloss black. When it was delivered it was obvious that the item was damaged. I was not in to receive the item, other wise I would have rejected it straight away. I sent an email with photos showing some of the damage through the packaging. It looked as if the item had been thrown hard across a concrete floor...damaging the plastic covering and badly gouging the plastic finish. I assume whilst in the care of their courier. After a couple of emails too and fro, we agreed that a replacement would be sent out asap via their own transport van. A date was set for over a week later (Thursday). I booked a day off work to ensure I would be in. On the day before I received another email saying that they had issues with 2 vans and the delivery would be Friday instead. I explained that I had had to book a day off work and I was not happy with the plans changing at the last minute but I would try to swap my holiday. My manager refused, so I had no option but to ask that they provide a full refund and collect the item that I would leave in a safe place for collection. Not once did they offer any form of compensation. I am very disappointed by the courier they use and the service they provided. I'm still waiting on the full refund. It would be good to hear back after they have received the returned splitter and to say that they also find the damage unacceptable, but I somehow doubt it! In my eyes, the item is not packaged sufficiently. If it had been wrapped in cardboard then perhaps the damage would not have happened...I'm assuming that the damage occurred after leaving their warehouse?

Telephone Support Outstanding!!! Delivery fantastic! However I didn't receive great service from Austin. I ordered a front bumper spoiler kit and painter for my t5.1. The item was on backorder but Austin would not give me and ETA for the parts despite asking him a number of times. I'm a parts manager for Europe's largest Hyundai dealer and trust me I am very familiar to the phase BACKORDER, But if a customer calls me and wants an ETA date on a part and I have no answer i will then contact the supplier of those parts to obtain and ETA for customer! Austin kept basically saying "it gets here when it gets here" or "like I said I will update you WHEN it arrives" Thats not what I asked for, Austin needs to brush up a tiny bit on his customer Care. Apart from that all is ok and I will currently carry on doing business with you, specially as I have just got 3 more of my family members into vw campers who are now ordering from you. Thanks

This is nothing against the products that the company provides but the communication is quite poor. Over the black Friday weekend I was left in the dark with where my parcel was and if it has been dispatched from them. It wasn't till I had to get in contact with them for me to find out it was being held at my local sorting office!

I’ve used vee dub for various items over the years. More recently I bought a T6 sportline spoiler and splitter. Which at this time still hasn’t been abled to be fitted by my mechanic because of missing parts. I’ve had two failed mechanics visits and I do feel your customer service team don’t know there products aswell as they should. I’ve had various answers from your team saying that I’m missing 12 small screws and then sending out the wrong fixing kit. Then when I ring again saying there is no such thing and all is in the bag. Then after another mechanic booking and a call from my mechanic to be told it is 12 screws we are missing. Iam now waiting for these to finally get the item fitted. If it is wrong this time I will be asking for a full refund and collection of the goods. It’s been a bit disappointing on this occasion. Regards darren
