The bumper guard is as ordered but the fact I paid for the item to be delivered by courier on 2-4day delivery and it eventually took 12days to arrive after I had to call to ask for it where abouts isnt really acceptable.

Hi Darren, Apologies it took 12 days to receive your order, the reason for this was when placing your order online it timed out at the payment stage and was then re-processed a short time later by yourself, for some reason this caused our payment gateway not to tell our system your order was successful therefore it was marked as a cancelled order, when you rang we located the issue and shipped on a next day service for you but unfortunately our systems weren't aware at the time you had paid for the item because it timed out, sorry for this inconvenience and based on the issue that arose with your order we have had our systems re-coded so this error never happens again. I've ordered twice from VeeDub Transporters with zero success. Inaccurate information given on the website caused me to order the wrong product. Despite the description stating that the product is suitable for all vans 1990-2003, I found they wouldn't fit a factory standard van, luckily I can make use of them elsewhere. Previously I'd ordered other goods which were poor quality/fitment and defected so had to be returned. Customer service is fine, I've had no hassle returning the goods for refund, I just wish I could get something from them that I can actually use!

The wrong parts were sent out in the first place, another part was broken. I had to chase the customer services to get it replaced. The new part arrived damaged and it was poorly made, they didn't go together correctly. I returned my order and asked for a refund. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I Recently bought some roof bars for my T5 short wheelbase. I found them to be of very poor quality where the holes in the plastic brackets didn't line up with the holes in the roof of the T5. The profile of these brackets also did not match the profile of the roof bar sections they fitted too. I found the whole process quite laborious and am not happy with the end product. These bars are definitely not something I would purchase again. Sorry!

I have given this a poor rating as I couldn't spit further. Overall the service was Normal/Good but the product itself was Very Poor, especially given the quality/cost ratio. So Poor is in the middle. Sadly, I have had this product fitted to my 11 plate T5 at the time I purchased and cannot now replace it easily. Its now the only accessory on my VW that looks shabby on what is an immaculate vehicle. If this is a measure of underlying quality in VeeDub's range of products, I won't be using them again.

Hi Norman, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a 2 star ‘poor’ rating for your order you placed in August 2015. The item you purchased is one of our most popular items (rear bumper protector) and the quality is exceptional, we have them fitted to 4 of our own vans and they look great, if you received an inferior/damaged product you should have notified us and we would have sent a replacement out to you but this is the first we have heard about this in 7 months. Not happy with the service I ordered the window kit and when I received the order all I had was the privacy glass,there was no prima,no adhesive,no cleaning products,and when I spoke to customer services they said they don't have no records,so just be aware

Hi Troy, We are disappointed you left a negative review! We have looked into your feedback and response is below: After a chat you had via our with one of our live chat team before you purchased where it was made clear to you window kits (primer etc) are only included for free as part of our opening window packages or full van packages, you were advised that you wouldn’t get free fitting kits with a fixed window/opening window combination (we have the live chat transcript which verifies this). Also, you say we didn't have any records and advise people to ‘be aware’ of our company yet we have a further chat transcript where you contacted us after receiving your order saying one of our team told you the windows WOULD come with fitting kits and accused us of talking ‘rubbish’ yet when we told you we had the transcript and they advised you correctly you just left the chat, the only reason it took us time to find your ‘records’ was because you gave us an incorrect date when you had the chat so we had to sift through our live chat records. We take all reviews seriously and always investigate negative reviews to see if we have not delivered our high level of customer satisfaction (and resolve it if necessary) but in this instance you have not given the correct facts and we have the evidence that you were advised correctly. Please ensure you tell the truth in your reviews as it is unfair on companies (including us) to be painted in a bad light through no fault of our own. ?Regards Vee Dub Transporters

Many thanks for your review, all feedback is warmly welcomed. We could have looked into this for you before now had you have contacted us. I have just tracked your order and I can confirm that it went out for delivery on 02/02/16, the following day to your purchase. My Hermes attempted delivery to yourself on 05/02/16 and again on 06/02/16 on both entries it states 'customer was not available'. Ordered the carbon dashboard for my T5, unfortunately I did not check the items were all there before starting to fit them. Passenger side air ventilation grill sticker missing, dashboard sticker would not stick down at the top, 10 small pieces (not 11) radio sticker not correct one, when I found the instruction/check sheet it appears I've been sent the T6 kit which obviously differs from the T5 kit slightly. Not impressed as I imagined that VeeDub were experts on VW kit.

Hi Carl, We are very sorry to hear that you had some issues with your dashboard kit. I can confirm that the T5 and the T5.1/T6 dashboard kits are different as the T5 kit is for vehicles 2003 - 2010 and the T6 fits 2010>. You have ordered the T5.1/T6 so if your vehicle is a T5 this will be why it does not fit. Please feel free to contact us and we can look into this. Kindest Regards Vee Dub Transporters

missing fitting kit from order, made a phone call and told fitting kit would be sent, 4 days later no fitting kit and another call told the same again fitting kit would be sent out. not a very good service and obviously no communication between the staff.

Disappointed - Made an order for 5 items, only 2 arrived. Upon receipt of the two items I called the company who stated they would call back - 5 hours later! I informed the company that I would no longer be in the UK and asked them to ship them to a European address, they simply said no - the order would be shipped to the original address and there was no compromise, it was my problem. Seen as the company uses a courier for delivery it could be said that to send by routine post to a European address could actually be cheaper - no compromise. As I said, disappointed in your delivery as well as your customer service support. There are other companies out there offering the same items with a far better customer support - I know where I will take my business in future. As a business I suggest you look at improving in this area - It will do you damage to have more reviews like this!

Hi Terry, I am disappointed in receiving a negative review as we pride ourselves on customer service however as a company we only ship to UK addresses, our website only allows UK postcodes to place orders and we would only ship a replacement item to a UK postcode. We have actually sent a replacement item to the UK address as agreed on the phone with the lady who placed the order on your behalf. I do not think this is an issue of lack of customer service, I cannot think of a company that would send an order and charge UK shipping then send a replacement item because you are now in another country. The window was warped but as the van had a hole cut in the side and it was a Friday evening the window fitter had no option but to fit it. He said he had been fitting windows for 20 years and it was one of the worst he had fitted I rang your company and spoke to a lady in customer services explaining that we had no option but to fit it and it had taken an hour to do a job that should have taken 10 mins, she didn't take me seriously saying it couldn't have been bent and fitted implying that I was lying.

Thank you for your feedback, however my last communication with yourself I asked that you supply an image of the warped window that your supplier managed to straighten ! And perhaps a contact number for your supplier, as it is not possible to straightedge glass that has been moulded to a certain shape. But since our original conversation have had no response !!

I ordered some curtains for my van. Quality was generally pretty good although 1 curtain's hem was already fraying and unravelling. The back set of rails were too short for my van and if I fit them the curtains would not have covered all of the window and would have let a lot of light in and privacy would not be great. I found it very difficult to resolve this problem and after over a weeks worth of calling them up repeatedly trying to sort it out, I ended up having to purchase a separate pair of oversized rails so that I could cut them down myself and fit them so that the curtains stopped light coming in and ensure privacy. Not really ideal when the product is called PREMIUM CURTAINS and is advertised to be an easy installation.

I purchased some curtains for my tailgate T5.1. The tailgate has a wiper motor. There were no instructions provided with the kit and it was not obvious how the bottom rail should be fitted. I called Customer Services on pm of 22nd July 2015. Not overly helpful! Told to look at the website guide. This unfortunately does not incude details for the tailgate. Called again. Again not the most helpful customer service I have dealt with!! I was told that they would send me a picture showing how the bottom rail should be fitted. 24 hours later and I am still waiting!!! I found a quicker response from the VW forum I belong to. On a more positive note, the curtains themselves once the rails have been modified are a good product for the money. Just a shame about the customer service.

Hi Mr Burnett, We are ever so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us. In the first call made, it was not stated that it was specifically the tailgate curtain that you were struggling to fit, therefore you were directed to the website to watch the fitting guide video. After the second phone call, we were f course more than happy to send you an image of how the tailgate curtain can be fitted however upon trying to do this it became apparent that the email address given was incorrect. We tried to call you twice but received no answer. We will of course be more than happy to assist you in any way that we can, we feel this is a slight misunderstanding. I wrote asking for help with finding a particular item and was told to go to the website to find it myself. Other companies I've asked send a link to follow. I've now received the wrong thing and I'm going to have to go through the return process at my expense. Would a link have been so much trouble?

At no point Justin would we suggest to find the product yourself, the item that you purchased was U channel for the cut edge prior to bonding a window, this is the same for both T4 & T5 - Not sure how this could go wrong !

Your product is amazing however I strongly recommend that you provide a warning to diy enthusiasts that they are very careful with their drill especially when fitting the Pop studs when there is a wiring loom behind the pillars of the van! I now have a very large bill from VW who have said that this incident is not isolated! Please provide written instructions and warnings!

Having purchased roof bars and side running bars for my t4 back in August 2014 personally collecting from Simon who was very helpful to me. When I came to fit they didn't seem to align too well so never tried. They have sat in garage still boxed up until today when a frien who is very capable came to fit them. He agreed that they did not fit in correct position as the ones shown in the fitting procedure pics I called hoping to speak to Simon but he was unavailable so I spoke with a lady. Right from the off she spoke as if I was a complete idiot and wouldn't really listen to what I was trying to explain, she just kept saying that they follow the roofline shape. At one end there was a 2 to 3 inch gap and did in no way fit the same as the pics suggest. She then went on to tell me that after so long since I'd purchased them (7 months) what did I expect them to do. I was simply telling her that they didn't fit as they should and maybe I had the wrong bars. She then said to fit them in any way I could. She was getting very frustrated with me and I could tell and she was raising her voice to me at which point I did swear which I know was very wrong of me and I said she was a very rude girl, at which point she hung up on me !!!! The bars were fitted but they are much further forward than I would have liked .the bars are absolutely fine but the lady I spoke with needs to listen to what people are saying and try and understand and not speak to them like 1 They are complete idiots 2 They are just calling up to waste some time !! Nb. I'm not the sort of person to easily annoy and I have never written a review before,let alone a bad one.
