“I still have not received my item after 2 weeks of waiting I cannot review the item as l don’t have it Needless to say I don’t think I will be a returning customer”

Good morning Steven, We are sorry that you haven't received your order as yet. I can see that your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail Stamp and due to the busy period, Royal Mail is asking to wait 11 working days. I can see you contacted us regarding the fact that you hadn't received your order and was advised of this by our logistics department and if you hadn't received your order by the 14th December to let us know and we would send out a replacement for you. If you could advise by the 14th if you haven't received your order and we will send you a replacement. Kind Regards, Vee Dub Transporters.

“I wish I hadn’t found this website as I haven’t stopped buying things from it. Bought a few things for my T5 and I can’t fault the products, website experience and prompt deliveries. Excellent and 5 stars experience”

“This is nothing against the products that the company provides but the communication is quite poor. Over the black Friday weekend I was left in the dark with where my parcel was and if it has been dispatched from them. It wasn't till I had to get in contact with them for me to find out it was being held at my local sorting office!”

“Sequential indicators are a spot on and low cost upgrade- top marks! Super easy to swap out the originals. The badgeless grille was marked on arrival but managed to polish it out- I think it might be factory marks instead of handling issues.”

“Bought a gloss black bumper protecter .Bad fitting item ,when I emailed to check it was the right product for my vehicle I was told it was normal to fit like that and sent me a photo of there transporter, but in there photo it looks perfect . Mine has 10 mm overhang both ends”
